Perfect for laying on the beach!
Great blanket! Sand doesn’t stick at all, wipes off easily. The size is great for 2 people to lay comfortably and still have room. The stakes kept this down with no problem with all the wind down in S Carolina this past week from Imelda lurking out in the ocean. Folds up nicely and goes back into the carrying bag with no problem. Highly recommend!

Great beach blanket!
Packs small. Is truly waterproof. Easy to dust/shake off sand. Stitching is strong/uniform. Stakes work well even in strong winds. Made relaxing on the beach much more pleasant.

Easy to carry, lightweight, big size, vibrant colors
I live in Hawai’i and love that I can throw this in my bag when I head to the beach. It’s super lightweight, so I don’t have to lug around a heavier blanket, and a nice big size. I also love the vibrant colors. It’s great for sand, but is very thin, so if I’m planning to be on rougher ground (say a park with mixed grass/sticks/dirt/etc) I go with something thicker. I took away one star because the stakes that it came with are pretty useless. They’re not long enough, so immediately blew away when trying to pin down the blanket on a windy day. The sand pockets work well though, so it’s not a big issue.

Great!! It was exactly what I was looking for
So nice!! I haven’t tried at the beach yet but this is exactly what I wanted for letting my 11 month old play outside without constantly worrying about him eating grass or dirt (at least not as often as I would without a blanket). Looking forward to using it for camping trips and I can see it being very usuaful for the beach! Seams very durable and with the stakes in every corner, it doesn’t fold up or blow away. Its a pretty soft yet silky material so I think it will clean up really nice from any dirt or sand. Very impressed so far and I think it was worth the price I paid!

Great for beach days on a cruise!
I bought this blanket to take on a cruise for days when we’re in ports with a beach. We tend to visit for only an hour or so before I’m ready to get out of the sun, so this gave us something to sit/lay on so we didn’t have to pay to rent lounge chairs or get our beach towels all sandy. I can’t say how well it would work for a long full day at the beach, but the stakes did a good job of keeping the blanket in place while we were there, and dry sand fell right off when we were ready to fold it up and head back to the ship. Wetter sand did stick, but it wasn’t hard to manually brush it off with my hand. The storage bag is too small, so you’ll never get the blanket fully back into it, but it works well enough even with the blanket sticking partially out.
