Brilliant design, great quality
I cannot tell you how much I love these lamps. I must have looked at a thousand lamps on Amazon before buying these, and I am not disappointed.Although a bit smaller than I would have liked, I’m really happy with them. I was worried they’d be too “dinky looking” on the nightstands next to our bed, but I find that the slim profile is perfect. So much more room on the nightstand now! The lampshades and base are great quality, the metal bronze is accurate, I’ve had no issues so far, and they were very easy to assemble.But the real win is that these lamps solve a huge pain point I had: a mess of charging cables hanging everywhere and an electric outlet so packed it could rival the one for the Griswold’s Christmas tree. All gone! Now just nice organized cables that don’t drape across the table or the wall.And, being able to touch the lamp base anywhere to turn of, dim, turn off the lamps? Brilliant. So easy when I roll over and am ready to sleep. Highly recommend this pair of lamps.

Functions well. Great for the price.
Looks good. Packed very well. Only one minor crumple in one of the shades and we pushed it out and will place the slightly damaged shade toward the wall. Very Good bargain at this price. Haven’t tried the charging ports yet, but that will be a great convenience. Touch controls work fine. This is a light weight, cheaply made light. Let’s face it, for the price you are not going to get a sturdy light that you will hand down to your children. However, if treated gently it may last for a 3-5 years. Kudos to the manufacturers and package designers. They produced a good product at little cost. It’s really amazing that something so delicate can be delivered without much damage at all!

Overall, good for the price. Easy to assemble and they still look good after more than a year. The tap is very sensitive, which is fine with me but annoys the kids because they keep accidentally turning them on and off when plugging anything into the outlet. You need two hands to plug anything in because the lamp is light weight.One of the two-packs we first ordered did not have working outlets, but we were able to return it easily and re-order the same product.The only real con for me is that they are flimsy. Since they are light weight, they can be tipped over easily. I guess that’s why they weren’t more expensive. A heavy base would make these a five star product. Good starter/cheap lamps, but not a buy-it-for-life product.

Modern & Sophisticated
I purchased these lamps for my bedside nightstands in the gold with white shades. I love them! They add a touch of Modern Sophistication to my guest room! The gold is a muted champagne gold, not brassy at all. The shade is pure white. Both exactly what I’d hoped for! These lamps are not as tall as they look in the ad photos, so make sure you measure to get the proper size scale for where you’re going to use them. I like that they are touch lamps, come with a 3 way warm white (yay!) LED bulb and the brightness levels are perfect. The first photo shows the lamp on high and the second photo shows the lamp on low. I just love the style of these lamps and the squarish shades. On the side where it doesn’t show (another yay!) are an AC outlet and also a A USB and C USB outlet. I haven’t tried those yet but if they turn out not to work, it’s not a deal breaker for me! They came very well packaged with no damage whatsoever. I think you will love these lamps as much as I do!

Not perfect but Nice – Read before buying…
so these lamps look very nice, they’re not super short, so they provide adequate lighting for bedside purposes, and they are very attractive, especially when paired with wood furniture. There are some things perspective buyers need to be aware of.first off, as others have mentioned, the lamps design features, the power outlet, and USB ports on the side of the lamp, rather than on the front top or rear. Because of this, and because the lamps are identical, the outlets face away from the bed for one of the lamps (see picture). had I looked more closely and understood this I would not have bought them for that reason alone. I wanted the USB ports and the outlet to face me when I’m in bed and on one of the lamps they don’t. The manufacturer should sell these lamps in true pairs where the outlets are the opposite for each one, so they face the bed on both sides. If they aren’t going to do that, then they should put the plugs in the rear of the lamp so the lamps are ambidextrous.The only other thing that I wish these lamps had was a dimmable option. These lamps do not dim they’re either on or off.I lowered my rating of these lamps for the outlet issue only. They are designed the way they are and I purchased them under those conditions but for future buyers they need to be aware of these things and I’m hopeful the manufacturer will see my comments and change their design to better suit what I have listed above.I will use these for a while, but because of the missing features I explained above, I will be replacing them at some point to get what I want. In all honesty, the main reason I bought these lamps was because they were the only ones in their class that offered a tan shade instead of pure white. Why that is the case is beyond me. Why in the world would other manufactures of lamps of this type that are dimmable not offer shades in different colors?Happy New Year…

Lamps are ok
Lamps are ok, if you want a brighter light get a 3 way bulb ahead of time because this a dim bulb that come with the lamps. Also, the piece that you use to screw the lamp shade on pulled off. I would say these are good for a bedroom nightstand, not in a living room.

Originally bought these to use a night stand lamps in the bedroom. But tried them in the living room, on a table/shelf combo made of black metal and dark brown wood, and there they stayed – a perfect compliment. As the table top is a little high, it’s so great these are touch controlled, instead of having to really reach for a switch under the shade. And with the tapered shades, even sitting on a love seat lower than the lamps, the light is bright enough for reading, but does not shine in my eyes… Only “weird” thing, was when I first connected the lamps to power, they kept turning on, cycling though the three different brightnesses, then off again..both of them did this for a few hours on the first day, but then settled down and work perfectly now. Maybe they were just happy to be here…ha ha ha….Haven’t used the built in socket, or USB slots, so can’t comment on those at this time.

Very nice lamps. These are fairly priced and they operate flawlessly. Did not purchase these with the intent to charge a phone. We purchase our own chargers are fit for fast charging. Cannot comment on the charger connection feature. Remember the price of your electronics and the price of a true charger for those devices. Lamp shades are nice and touch feature works well very pleased wth the set. Perfect condition on arrival.
