Party hats would only fit an infant
A lot of great things in this party pack, but you have got to be kidding me with the hats. The only type of human being that these hats would fit would be infants. Ridiculously, ridiculously small. If it wasn’t for that, this would’ve been a five star packet.

I honestly found this product for my husband’s birthday as a combo. But the reason for my return was I found the topper on another website. I felt that was my go-to deal. If I had not found that topper I would have kept this. This was very cute and I felt like having it for the creativity. It was a wholesome combo and it had everything in it.It is a great deal for kids but I ordered it for my husband’s birthday it was a great find but my focus was on the topper so I unfortunately returned it.

This is a fun birthday decoration set. It’s colorful and general—no specific theme. So good for a boy or a girls. It has some standard birthday accoutrements such as hats, noise makers, and glasses. Nothing is super durable—really just good for one birthday knowing how rough kids are with this stuff. But my son liked it for his 10th birthday party as did the attendees. No complaints.
