Nice little DIY garden bed
I’m planning a garden for the upcoming year, and ordered a few styles of garden beds for different purposes. This galvanized steel bed is nice for planting herbs or vegetables, and the easy setup makes it a nice option, especially if you’re able to put in a few of them. I plan to lay them out with lanes in between to make them more usable and accessible from all sides.I was a bit surprised by the finished size, although the listed dimensions are accurate the product photos do make it look a bit larger than the real product. So if you’re unsure, pull out your tape measure before ordering. My only other gripe is that the directions boast that it comes together “in minutes”, while in reality it took me just under an hour to assemble properly. It’s not difficult to build as long as you pay attention to the orientation of the pieces in the diagrams. The box includes all the tools you’ll need as well as some work gloves to protect your hands from any metal edges, but I opted for rubberized gloves instead to get a better grip on the tiny screws and nuts. The final product feels very sturdy, durable, and functional, and it provides a good amount of planting area for the price!Some online research advised me to lay cardboard down under the bed before filling it and to use a mix of raised bed soil and compost with organic material like wood and leaves at the bottom. As it composts further the material in the bed will shrink, so be prepared to wait a bit and top off your soil before planting.I will update with more photos once I’ve got a nice garden growing!

Will Be Perfect For Spring Herb Garden!
In all honesty, I got this to use for an herb garden, and now is not the time for one here in Texas. The weather has been all over the place, and my herbs are fickle even when the weather is perfect, so I can’t get one started yet. For now, mine is still boxed in wait for better weather.That being said, I’ve taken the parts out and looked at them, and it seems sturdy enough for my purposes. The metal isn’t super thick, but it does feel strong.There are quite a lot of parts to put together for this being a smaller bed, but it doesn’t seem like it will be hard to put together.This is definitely not a bed for a big garden and a bunch of veggies, but this is the perfect size for an herb garden or for a flower garden!I look forward to spring when I can set it up and get some herbs going.

It fits the need if only a smaller raised bed is needed
I received this item through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. Aside from the fact that this raised bed is rather small, I think it will be a welcome addition to our existing raised beds, of which we have eight and all are about 4’X8′ and about 2.5′ tall. Since we grow a lot of different vegetables, this small bed will probably be used for the smaller plants such as herbs that typically are easy to lose track of as the other plants grow to maturity. We live in Michigan so the growing season is over, so we won’t be planting in it until the spring. The raised bed came well packaged and even had instructions! Although it is pretty intuitive as to how it goes together. It came with five extra screws and four extra nuts, which is a welcome addition that others should follow. The only bit of head scratching came when I installed the two side braces (four pieces). One of the mounting points is in the shallow of corrugated metal and the other on top. Where it mounts on the top of the curve, I removed the nut holding the two pieces of metal together and installed the bracket and reinstalled the nut. Where it attaches in the shallow, I left the nut in place and then installed the bracket and secured it with an extra nut. But I am sure you would figure it out or the brackets won’t line up correctly. The galvanizing finish on the sheet metal looks top notch. This should fill the needs where a small bed is needed.

Too many parts, expensive for what you get.
Too many parts and expensive for what you get. ($31.99 on 11/02/25). Otherwise, it’s ok. I was surprised at how small the package was – the straight pieces are only 12.5″ long (12″ after overlapping and bolting together). For a small, raised box of this size (2’W x 3’L x 10″H), I expected that the sides would be one piece, not two. Overall, there are 10 total panels that must be bolted together, along with cross-braces. The metal gauge is pretty thin, and the panels are easily flexed/bent. Not difficult to assemble, and sturdy enough when put together, however I consider it needlessly complex. It will probably work just fine, but I would prefer the durability of fewer pieces and heavier gauge metal. Also recommend that you shop around locally at big box stores, etc…. as you may find slightly better quality at a lower price point. 3-Stars for falling below my expectations.
