Great brackets for the price
I was looking for a solution to help me build a pergola for the patio. I found these and couldn’t be more pleased. They came nicely packaged and seem well built. I used nominal 4″x4″ cedar posts and they fit perfectly. The screw holes to attach to the 4x4s were a small for my liking so I used a Step bit to modify the screw holes to accept a larger wood screw I wanted to use. Overall, I’m pleased with the construction, fit and finish of the brackets and would 10/10 recommend to anyone else.

Sturdy and well made.
Purchased for my backyard deck and it looks great. Will upload pics when I complete. Helpful tip, if you’re going to use rough cut red cedar from Home Depot you’ll have to sand down the ends. I probably wasted 30 minutes and a whole lot of sweat by using a mallet on the first post. Brought out my belt sander and got everything done in about an hour and a half. Making another purchase for my bbq area.

Great alternate to more expensive brands
I put up two pergolas with these, and while they’re not as good looking as the more popular brand, they also cost a pittance comparatively. No one is staring at your support brackets anyway, so just use these, they’re solid and sturdy.

The hardware that comes with this kit is absolutely disgusting. The perogola brackets are designed for 4 inch material and you supply 1-1/8” screw, JOKE. just doesn’t work plus you provide expansion bolts for concrete without even thinking maybe we’re gonna put it in. Wood.I based my review on what I received in the kit. I still had to spend another $200+ for proper lag screws, washers, etc..

Muy buen kit de pérgolaAunque ya que tomar en cuenta que los polines en México son de 3 pulgadas y aquí en este caso usaríamos vigas de 4 pulgadas que no son tan comunes se ven muy sólidos e incluyen tornillería para su instalación
