The look of this tree is beautiful, but the lights did not work. I used new batteries and even switched them twice but the lights did not work.

Beatiful, fluffy and bright!
I have nothing negative to say about this tree. It is exactly as pictured, when set up. As is typical of most boxed artificial trees, it required some minimal “fluffing” when taken out of the box. The tree needles were fluffy and lifelike. No extraordinary shedding. It lit up when plugged in and there are no burned out lights. The lights are nice and bright, and you can have steady or blinking in a lot of different ways. I got this for the kids’ room, hence the smaller size. It switches into different modes and even has a timer. You don’t even have to purchase a tree skirt because it comes with a cute little rustic burlap bag. I definitely recommend this tree if you need a small, pretty tree!

Not Good Quality and Lights Were Already Out
I was looking forward to this 4FT pre-lit artificial mini tree, as it seemed like the perfect, convenient size for a small space in a home or office. The idea of it coming pre-lit with 100 lights, an 8-mode timer, and a nice cloth bag base was very appealing.Unfortunately, this is not the best quality tree. The branches are a bit sparse, and the overall construction feels flimsy.The most significant issue is that the main feature—the “pre-lit” aspect—was defective right out of the box. After setting it up, I found that there were some lights already out on the strand. It’s incredibly disappointing to get a brand-new, pre-lit tree only to find it’s already partially broken. The timer and modes don’t matter if the lights don’t all work. The quality here was very poor.
