Too cute.
This is just what we were looking for in our front flower bed. I put it inside a whiskey barrel and built it up on a couple of pavers then put planted some flowers and put in a couple little garden birds around the base. We are so happy with it and have received many compliments on this fountain. I did notice that on windy days the water doesn’t always fall back into the basin so on windy days you either have to turn it off or check on it throughout the day. We put ours on a timer and will do the same thing next year. I enjoy it so much I’m getting a different, smaller base to put it in and bring it inside for the winter months. I will enjoy decorating it for the different holidays.

Do not buy – lasted about 48 hours
I bought this in the Spring and could not wait to put it in my pollinator garden. We set it up, it looked sweet, water flowed and it sounded lovely. This lasted maybe 48 hours. It kept starting / stopping. I could only get it to run for a short period if I kept unplugging / plugging it in. All directions followed. We have another fountain in a different part of the yard that has been running for 2 years, so know how to run and care for an outside fountain. I contacted the company. We went back and forth for several weeks where I answered questions, sent pictures, explained the problem several times. They finally responded that they were sending a new stronger pump for the fountain. When it came, it was completely inappropriate. The hose connections were not even compatible. After contacting the company again, they said they could not help me anymore and to contact Amazon. The Amazon site said there is no returns or refunds for this product. I would have rather given the money for this piece of junk to a worthy charity. It feels like Alpine (and Amazon) stole my money. They did.

I bought this three tiered birdhouse fountain for my backyard because of the way its looked as well as the price. When it arrived, however, the red cardinal that sits next to the birdhouse was missing. I contacted customer service via text and got a response from Grace after only a few hours. Within a few days the issue was resolved. I love this fountain. It is sturdy and charming and easy to set up.

Customer Service was excellent
Received it on time. Opened box and found out the peach on the removable bird house was broken. Contacted Customer Service and instead of sending another birdhouse they sent a whole new fountain. And they didn’t want the first fountain back. We now have spares if we need.Works great and looks good. The clear hose has come loose twice in the 2 years we have enjoyed it. It is simple for someone with small hands to put back in place. Larger hands like mine will take a little longer, but can be done

Looks Great…Had Functional Issues, but they can be easily fixed!
Loved the looks, but like many wasn’t thrilled with the functionality. I solved the issues of it spilling when water was low and the limited reservoir. I drilled a hole in the center of the bottom into the reservoir and feed a larger hose into it that slipped over the one it came with. As it was a snug fit through the hole I drilled some extra drainage holes. I then set the fountain into a fake barrel on top of some landscape edgers so the pump could draw from the entire barrel and suction cup to the bottom under the area between the bottom of the fountain and the barrel. All my issues are resolved and will move it outdoors in the spring, but for now its a great addition to our breakfast nook. Also, for those that are having a water flow issue, there is a restrictor in the hose that you can remove as I did as part of my adjustments.

Beautiful but don’t buy used
I love it, but I chose to buy use because anyone is pretty expensive and they used one has a leak somewhere so I have to figure out where it’s at and how to fix and the bird houses don’t have actual wholes completely drilled through so not sure what bird would fit in or if it was just for the look but other than that. It’s really cute. It also Has some cracks on the birds beak, and on the fountain itself, obviously because it was used. The way it came shipped. The box was very dinged up, which was kind of a indicator that it was gonna be dinged up itself lol hopefully I can find where it’s leaking n figure out how to repair itIt been over a month and so far I can say it’s probably a pump issue as I fixed the original issue of the water overflow and still noticed I’m loosing all the water after a few hours customer service only offered a list of what could be the issue and that was it so I’m tired of trying to repair a fountain that should not have been broken so would I buy again… no especially for the price

The original package was a little beaten up, but the fountain was packed well and no damage was found when opening the box. Set up was very simple, basically just put in the pump, attach the pump tube, fill and enjoy. Looks great and has a nice sound as well, it can splash the smallest amount if the flow rate is too high but pretty easy to adjust on the pump. So far very happy with this item.

C’est une très jolie fontaine extérieur qui fonctionne très bien…elle a tout plaire , facile à nettoyer, facile à ranger , elle se démonte en 2 partie et j’aime bcp le son de l’eau qui coule …Comme je doit la remettre dans sa boîte à chaque automne pour la protégé faute d’espace…MALHEUREUSEMENT la boîte de la fontaine était endommagée et remis dans une autre boîte qui elle n’as pas été endommagée dans le transport …la boîte de la fontaine devait être endommagée avant que le transporteur vienne la chercher…sic…

We bought this for my 90 year old parents, so that they could sit in their yard and listen to the running water. They have had it for not even 2 months and I have had to go over there almost daily to a) fill the thin with water or b) get the motor running again. This is not what I paid for. Cute to look at but not functionally stable at all. And now too late to get my $ back so I guess I”ll buy them another one that does not consume my time.
