Better than other artificial trees I’ve had
The 7.5 ft tree is perfect for our 9 ft ceiling, and the slim profile works great for the corner. I also appreciate that it came with a storage bag, and a smaller bag to store the base that also includes some extra bulbs, a little tool for replacing bulbs, a few extra small replacement pieces (like new rubber foot pads for the base), and gloves to wear while fluffing out the tree. The packaging and presentation were very nice, high quality. The quality of the tree is good, we’ve had several fake trees over the years and this looks and feels like better quality than others we’ve had. I checked out their website and understood that this was their very good but least realistic looking tree and I was okay with that – artificial trees do not look like real trees to me anyway. It was easy to assemble and the connections between each section worked immediately with no effort or fussing around. I wish it had a few more lights but that’s easy enough to add on. Haven’t fully fluffed it out yet but lights look bright, the tree is tall and sturdy, easy to assemble, so far I’m happy with it.

This is an excellent tree
This one has so many branches that it took me half a day to find all of them and fluff them up. Branches are good/ stiff enough to hang heavier ornaments. I replaced the stand because I didn’t like how it created an empty space between the floor and first branches. These skinny metal stands don’t look that nice; they look very fake. Although it’s really hard to see the trunk of the tree, it would be a total winner if the trunk was made with some bark texture and brownish in colour.

Seems like the real deal—will know next Christmas
First off I have given it 4 stars only because it hasn’t been used for a Christmas season. We purchased it in January and, have to say, right out of the box it was 5 stars all the way. Nicely packaged, excellent instructions and first class storage bag and tool bag included. Now for the tree, we purchased a pre-lit one with the internal electrical connection system—it fit together like a glove in a few minutes and the internal cord worked simply and perfectly; very impressive design. The tree broke down easily and fit in the storage bag with room to spare (after stuffing our old tree in a cardboard box for years the Balsam Hill storage bag was a piece of heaven). We did not fluff the tree branches, as we knew the tree was going into storage, but they all seemed to look fine and the branch hinges moved smoothly. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with the purchase and look forward to December.

Beautiful tree
Very nice tree, narrow bottom fits nicely in smaller spaces, 6.5 ft height is also nice. It takes a while to set up because it has so many branches, which is a good thing.

I made a mistake
I thought this came with lights, it did not. I kept anyway as it was for an elderly couple that never celebrated with a Christmas tree in their home. I set it up and had to go out and get the lights. It was hard for me as I’m disabled but I was determined.
