Excellent product.
This is a wonderful birdbath for the deck. Easy to attach to deck railing and secure for birds. High enough off the ground and away from most predators. Birds took to it right away. Definitely worth the cost and would recommend this item. Would buy it again.

4 out of 5 stars – Perfect Size, But It’s Plastic
4 out of 5 stars – Perfect Size, But It’s PlasticI recently purchased this deck-attached bird bath, and overall, I’m very happy with it. The size is absolutely perfect—large enough to attract a variety of birds, but not so big that it overwhelms the space. It fits securely on the railing and has been a great addition to my outdoor space. My only real gripe is the material—it’s made of plastic. While it looks decent from a distance and hasn’t cracked or faded yet, it doesn’t quite have the sturdiness or visual appeal of metal or ceramic options. If you’re looking for a practical, functional bird bath that won’t take up much room and doesn’t require much upkeep, this is a solid choice. Just manage your expectations about the material.

Nice solar birdbath
This little solar birdbath is just perfect on the deck railing. It’s not huge but the solar bubbler makes it fun to watch birds and in winter I use it for a birdfeeder

Great for birds and squirrels to drink from
Needed something this size for the birds and squirrels to drink from this winter.Easy to place on the deck railing and they all started coming to drink. The plastic may crack with the harsh winter, but you can buy replacements which is great. They all need fresh water and this gives me piece of mind knowing it is available for them.Would definitely recommend especially for cold climates.

Long lasting good quality bird bath!!
I have had this bird bath since early August 2023 (nearly 2 years) and it’s still going strong!! I was inspired to write this review after seeing many people complaining of breakage. I don’t know if they changed anything in the past two years but mine is thick and good quality and the mount hasn’t budged. I keep it up year round and live in Maryland where we get a lot of cold snowy weather. The water froze every night in the winter and I just lift the bowl and dump it and refilled it each day. It’s also super easy to clean. I use paper towel daily to wipe it out and do a thorough cleaning every week. I will say that the wildlife (birds and squirrels) use it as a water bowl more than a bath because of the depth but it’s critical to have both in the hot weather of summer. I also have other, more shallow bird baths but if I filled this one less (or put rocks on the bottom) I doubt the birds would have any issue using it as a bath too. I definitely recommend this high quality inexpensive bird bath!!

The only problem is the design…
I used to work with a songbird rehabilitator. I got a pretty good understanding of birds’ needs, as we raised MANY from hatchlings (or even eggs) to maturity and release. Birds prefer a bath that will accommodate them from wingtip to wingtip. Some prefer a certain depth, some don’t care as much. This birdbath is 30 seconds to install, and very stable. However, its size will accommodate only birds the size of sparrows or smaller. The bottom of the bath is deeply cupped, so only birds who will stand in 2-3″ of water with a wingspan of about 8-10″ will be happy with it. I get lots of sparrows at my feeders; they haven’t gone near it yet. Ovenbirds could fit, but haven’t tried. Grey catbirds are not picky about depth, but haven’t showed any interest. I have it in a fairly shady spot near trees so they could dry off/preen safely in the branches. No dice. No takers. It’s ironic, as I also see lots of starlings, who bathe as often as they possibly can, they love baths – no interest at all. So – I guess it’s a great product, but I don’t think birds agree with this ratings system. Hence the two stars off.

The birds love it!
This is a good example of a simple design that works well. I wasn’t sure the birds would use it but they are there all through the day – crows, robins, mourning doves and some smaller birds as well. I was a little worried the clamp would damage the paint on our railing so I cut some pieces off a dry Swedish dishcloth (available here on Amazon) to pad the space between the clamp and the railing which is working well. The bowl clicks in securely and is easily brought in every day to be washed and then refilled once it’s clicked into the frame. I highly recommend it for people who don’t have a yard or for whom the yard isn’t near their living space.

The bird bath is a real treat for the birds and I enjoy watching them taking their baths and drinking water on my balcony.

Nice product – birds love it – when it’s wet I use it as a feeding tray and when it’s drier as a bird bath – very versatile and easy to fit on balcony railing

False misleading listingI am absolutely fuming Grossley misleading dimensoins. The one you sent me is barely 3.5cm depth but your says 15cm depth. Keeping to use a bird feeding table. Hoping for a partial refund.
