Beautiful lights & great customer service
Ordered these lights as a last minute enhancement to our regular house lights and before a big Thanksgiving celebration at our home. We received many complements on the lights and everyone was so fascinated with all of the features (controlled through the app). The audio pulsing lights were a BIG hit, especially with the kids. One thing to note is that you have to play the audio into the device with the app so you’ll need two devices to use this feature (the first device with the lights app opened and the second device playing music into the first device-rendering both devices unusable for the amount of time of the musical pulsing display). We remedy this by using our tablets instead of phones for this feature.I love being able to control the lights through the app, there are so many different combinations and multiple colors to choose from. Or you can just do solid colors. I love having so many choices and being able to sync the strands together for one fluid display. The app, however, can be a little sensitive. Sometimes you’ll open it and the Bluetooth might not connect immediately or won’t be recognized at all. In those instances I’ve closed the app completely, reopened it, and then I give it a minute or two and it eventually connects. A little patience goes a long way and the reward is absolutely worth it. So the lights themselves with the app, I would give 4.5 stars.The customer service however gets 5 stars! Unfortunately, something happened to our lights that caused a few of the shatterproof covers to – you guessed it! – shatter. The whole string went out and wouldn’t light up. Well, I reached out to the seller, informed them that the light covers shattered, sent a few photos and they responded immediately. They honored their warranty and their word and sent new lights to replace the broken ones. The customer service alone is worth keeping my business. In this day and time it’s nice to work with a company that appreciates their customer, keeps their word/warranty, and values the relationship with the customer. I’m a happy customer that will recommend these lights to my family and friends.

Perfect for a 1 day wedding, look fantastic
Bought 10 of these for an outdoor wedding. DON’T RUN more than 2 strands. Initially I attached 3 and 4 together and they blew out the first strands completely. You can hook two together, but no more. So you can get 50ft of length max on these. They’re glass and breakable but they survived really well being dragged around a yard by myself. They worked great all night. I took them down the next morning so I can’t vouch for how durable they are long term but they were perfect and cheap for a wedding

Great christmas lights, very bright!
I was hesitant to buy these lights because of some bad reviews but I’m so glad I went ahead with it and they came out so nice and bright, all the lights worked and we didnt have any quality issues. I love that I can change the colors and modes. The app has weak signal, our sensor is in the garage and it doesn’t reach our 2-story master bedroom. That didn’t really bother me as I don’t plan to mess with the settings that often. I like how you can set the time on/off without having to use a timer or a smart plug. Overall I’m 100% satisfied. I just hope they last more than one season.

Beautiful and bright!
I love these lights! They look beautiful and really add that something extra to my bedroom. Be warned, these lights are fragile. They are glass bulbs and the whole string won’t work if one of the bulbs go out. That would be my only complaint as they were longer than I was expecting. I tried to remove a few bulbs to hide the excess length but found out quickly that they all have to be screwed in to work. However they are gorgeous, provides bright lighting to the room. They are not subtle. Perfect and just what I wanted. 🙂

Very good lights
VERY good lights, they are well made, glass covers (which held up better than I expected), and easy to mount. The only reason I’m giving these lights 4 stars instead of 5 is because the controller and instructions are abysmal. The app was not much better. AND they don’t connect to Alexa in anyway to simplify getting them on a schedule with the rest of my stuff. Despite those shortcomings, it’s still a good product and I will likely buy another rope next year to finish off the front of the house.

Great Lights and App Works!
Lights look great, remote control works, and the app is fun to play with. The remote is limited on the effects but the app has tons, connects via Bluetooth. You can “favorite” the effects you like and set them all on a loop. Was skeptical based on other reviews but definitely worth the money.

Stopped working
Broke after 6 months with no reason to contribute to the break. Just stopped working . For the price not worth at all and my return window was only 30 days so got screwed out of even getting my money back or new product! Don’t buy .

Can you cut to length.
Bought these a couple years ago and had a strand go out. They do not offer a like replacement. Mine come in 25 light strands which make it possible to install. The new ones are offered in only 50 light strands which means I cannot install the lights without cutting. I’m am getting mixed reviews on cutting to length. Anyone know if you can cut to length? That would save my lights. Loved the old ones.

These have held up to both rain and snow on my balcony all year. There’s no sign of damage to the wires, and they were lightweight enough that it only took a few small pieces of metal picture hanging wire to secure them to the roof. I wish the length was a little longer as it didn’t come anywhere close to being able to run back inside and I did have to pick up an extension cord to make them long enough.The light is quite bright! More than enough to light up the outdoor space. I’d happily buy again.

This is my favourite string of outdoor bulbs. The light is a soft yellow, and the bulbs are a good-sized round, elegant shape. It’s also very easy to get replacement bulbs.

Nice lights. The warm white provided lots of light in the area we use them while camping off our trailer’s awning. Although the bulbs are VERY delicate, we are more than pleased and looking at ordering more & replacement bulbs.

I put up a couple strings of these in the backyard last season and really enjoyed them. They give a nice ambience. Seem like decent quality, and hopefully the bulbs will last through the winter, because I had no intent of taking them down.
