No drips! Mulberry not as purple as pictured
Excellent quality, and they never drip. They’re a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I’ve been using these candles for years, in all different colors, and I love them. I will say that the “mulberry” is not as purple as in the picture—more burgundy or reddish, but still a nice color.

These are THE BEST candles widely made as far as I can tell. I’ve been using them for decades. They burn clean with absolutely no chemical or other smells. They have a good long slow burn. They are beautiful. I always keep extra boxes on hand for a power outage, because candelabras and candle holders filled with burning candles give a beautiful even light to a room. If you’ve ever tried (I have), you know you can’t keep IKEA and other cheap candles burning for long because they fill the rooms with toxic smells. I have excellent lanterns and flashlights, but these candles, combined with headlamps, are all we ever use for power outages. I still use candles for dinner in the dining room. I may be of a dying breed in that regard, but guests always remark on how wonderful it is to dine by candlelight. These candles are expensive, and I buy them on sale when I can, but I love them.

In the past year, there seems to be one candle in each box of 12 with a defective wick. That candle either will not stay lit or burns very fast with wax dripping down candle at a rapid rate. I have bought this brand for years. I go through several dozen of these candles each year, as a business, using them on my dining room table. This is the supposedly premium brand. For the price of these otherwise quality candles, I would hope for better quality control.

Six out of twelve were broken!!
The cranberry color was just what I wanted for my Christmas mantle and six of the candles were perfect, so I used them. However, I would never purchase them online again since six candles have cracks in them and obviously were just not packaged well enough. Expensive for 12 candles, and way too expensive when you can only use six of them!!

Excellent candles that are beautiful and a good value.
I first leaned about this brand of candles decades ago. They are very high quality, slow burn, virtually no drip, beautiful color options. I haven’t bought them in many years but we recently moved into a new home and wanted to have good candles for the holidays and year round. I ordered a dozen candles and they arrived in just a few days, but one candle was broken, which didn’t surprise us as the exterior Amazon box didn’t include any cushioning for the interior box which was just sort of rattling around inside. I filed a “return request” on Amazon and got an immediate reply that a replacement would be sent and that I didn’t have to return the candles I received. I received another dozen candles a week later packaged exactly the same as the first ones, but this time none of the candles were broken.So, I am happy and would definitely order these again.

Ces bougies effilées sont de très haute qualité! Tout d’abord, la cire est pleine (et non soufflée comme d’autres manufacturiers le font – la pesanteur vous le confirme). La couleur est pleine. Bien installées et bien taillées entre chaque allumage, vous pouvez espérer avoir 10 heures d’allumage. Lorsque vous calculez les heures multipliées par le nombre de bougies par boîte, le coût à l’heure est tout à fait raisonnable. Livraison super rapide et le tout a été livré en parfait état! Bref, je vous les recommande sans aucune hésitation!
