Define toy received a used pair. Frayed ends broken and worn clips and they were thin at the ends. So so disappointed in the package i received –

Unreliable
On month 2 and they are falling apart! Awaiting product support. The bolts keep coming out they won’t screw in the cheap metal is stripped and the chairs keep coming apart they are beyond unsafe.Visit a retailer if possible these chairs look nice but they are cheaply made. I attempted to fix them myself but it would require ordering specialized tools and hardware to make them usable and even then the wood is of a cheap quality that I’m not sure it is worth the effort.
