I’m happy with them
Updated 11/3: bought six more strands. Found a solution to put them outside using black plastic electric boxes I found on Amazon to protect the USB heads. They have been in rain and snow for the past month and are all working fine.It took a long time to figure out but after a few hours of playing with the app and they are easily controlled by my phone at a distance using Bluetooth. And I created some custom light shows with the app. You can also increase the brightness on the app. My partner and I like the light level because it’s not obnoxiously light which is important here in vt so there is not excessive light pollution. But they are likely a hair dimmer at full brightness from conventional non color changing strips. Like an max 8 out of 10 brightness. Still looks good though. You can set a preset on off schedule using the remote or custom on off schedule with the app.Original: Bought two of the 66’ smart strands so we could leave them up for the holidays as we transition for Halloween to Christmas. I love the sparkling mode with purple for Halloween although the orange and purple looks good too. There are a variety of modes beyond just the colors which are fun to play with. Very easy to sync up the strands if the strand plugs are next to one another. The strands look like they’ll be fine outdoors although I would not put the usb plug portion outside it will absolutely get damaged by water. Make sure the plug is somewhere accessible so you can use the remote which seems to need a good line of sight and close proximity to work. Fortunately we have a power strip with usb-A ports in it. I would recommend purchasing something like that with these or they will be difficult to set up because they do not include blocks or adapter to provide power.Worked great for Halloween and 2024 election eve. My neighbors love them.

Not the best quality lights but they will work for the season, you’ll be needing a USB wall plug since its not included. Easy remote functions, affordable price.

Best lights ever, don’t tangle, durable, many options and easy to sync w/ph
Love all the options of colors and selections of different modes! Easy to bluetooth and string on tree! I pray they always have these. Will order more incase these ever go out! Best lights ever! You want be disappointed! Bought 33 ft had to get more for my skinny 7 ft tree! Money well spent. Only problem is remote didn’t work but app works great! Will post video when I get my other set tomorrow. Enjoy! 5 stars! Only negative was one of the remotes didn’t work. But I used my phone so I dont need the remote. I love love these lights. Buying more as I never want to be without any! Love all the features! If you have any issues ask a grandchild my granddaughter fixed up the setting I liked the best and saved it in app for me. Has worked flawlessly for 5 months, until now
Ordered on 3/16/25 and put them on my year round tree. I use the timer so they come on every night. Tonight, 8/26/25, they blinked and random lights are stuck on a solid color that doesn’t match the preset sequence and a couple are fading and staticy. Like they’re about to burn out. They’ve worked perfectly and haven’t lost the timer or sequence settings even with storms, power, and wifi outages-until tonight.

Lights look nice, won’t connect to app
These lights have a nice coloring to them, but I ordered two sets and neither one will connect to the app, which makes customizing the colors and settings useless. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps (including resetting the lights and phone multiple times), but still nothing. These are cheaply constructed and have initiated returns for both sets of lights. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy these.

More than I expected
Not what I expected but pleasantly surprised. I had no idea the power source was a ubs port. There is also a remote to adjust the light colors and flashing patterns. Never did I ever think there was such a thing. They were more expensive than standard lights but I think the quality is worth it.

Gentle colorful lighting
These adorable lights are very easy to use. The remote works well and allows me to change the colors as often as I want. They are good gentle lighting. They are pretty small but they are closely placed so the lighting effect is good.

Worked the first time, not a year later.
They worked great out of the box when I bought them last year before Christmas, however, I just took them out of storage to put up the tree this year, and after plugging them in, the last 1/4 of lights either dont light up at all, or are just random red green or blue, and do not change with the different modes. And I didnt donanything except store them properly in a room temp storage container after last christmas.
