Excellent Chair – Comfortable, Supportive, and Worth It!
I’ve been using this chair for a little while now and I’m really impressed with the quality and comfort. The lumbar support is outstanding and makes a big difference during long hours at my desk. I can sit for extended periods without feeling the usual back strain I had with my old chair.Assembly was straightforward and the chair feels sturdy and well-built. The cushioning is firm yet comfortable, and the adjustable features let me customize it to fit perfectly. The mesh back also keeps me cool, which is a nice bonus.For the price, this chair exceeded my expectations. It has the look and feel of something much more expensive. If you’re looking for a supportive office chair that helps with posture and comfort, I highly recommend this one.

Good budget-friendly chair (careful with screws!)
I really like how comfortable this chair is, especially for my back. The adjustable armrests are nice because you can find a comfortable seat that works with your body’s dimensionsOne note of caution: tighten all the screws *very tightly.* When I first assembled the chair, the armrests didn’t move very easily once I tightened the screws, so I left them a bit looser to move them better and popped on the seal lid. Soon enough, the armrests were extremely wobbly and couldn’t put my arm’s weight on them. It then took me days to figure out how to open the white seal as shown in the picture, without ruining the chair. All in all, just be mindful that the armrests cannot tilt back as easily as the product advertises.Otherwise, it is a wonderful chair that is good for maintaining a healthy posture for many hours of work.

Someone is deleting reviews
My old review got deleted by someone. I rated this chair 1 star because it came with two left arms, and stated I would update the review once I’d had a chance to resolve the issue via Customer Service. Well, Customer Service did finally resolve my issue. Almost a month later, I finally have the replacement right arm, and they refunded me the full cost of the chair.Review of the chair: 6/10. You get what you pay for. For this price, the chair is fine. Expect lots of plastic, loose tolerances, but mostly it fills the function you expect of a chair like this. It’s decently comfortable and has enough support. But, you can get better by spending even just a little more.Review of customer service: 6/10. Ultimately they resolved my issue, but it took a while, and I had to keep reaching out to them to get the arm piece sent to me. The full refund is nice.Review of whoever deleted my previous review: 0/10. Reviews are real experiences from real people interacting with products that other shoppers are trying to decide if they should spend their hard-earned cash on. I take a very low view of anyone that thinks hiding negative reviews is a viable strategy. Deceiving customers is evil. Be honest, make honest products, and sell them to people.

Absolutely Worth It – Stylish, Supportive, and Comfortable!
I’ve been using this chair for about two weeks now, and it has completely changed my work-from-home experience. Assembly was straightforward (less than 20 minutes), and all the parts felt solid and well-made.The ergonomic design is spot on — my back and shoulders feel much more supported, especially with the adjustable lumbar support and headrest. Great chair but…
This is a great chair other than its hard to sit on with shorts because your skin will stick to the seat material. Doesn’t matter the temperature of the room, my leg skin sticks and its not pleasant. A towel to cover the seat fixed the issue but its not the look i prefer. Too much of a pain to disassemble and return. And it is a great chair otherwise. Comfortable, adjustable for short people (me), easy to assemble, and it looks good (other than the towel) so I kept it.

The chair is very average quality. I do not understand where all the positive reviews come from. I will even provide a photo, because during assembly the top part sits crooked on the seat and leaves a small gap. The plastic parts are very average quality. The backrest is just very thin material. I do not think it will last more than a year. There is nothing on the back except a single-layer simple mesh material. Only a frame for lumbar support, and it is plastic, moves up and down. Not sure it will last long.During assembly many screws started stripping, the metal wore away as I tried to tighten them. The metal is very soft on the screws and bolts included with the chair. The screwdriver slipped several times, and instead of a proper hex shape inside the screw, it turned into a hollow circle. The hardware and metal parts provided for assembly are very low quality, and the plastic also leaves much to be desired.I do not understand why the headrest is needed. When you sit in the chair, the back of your head does not touch the headrest at all, no matter how you adjust or move it. Everything feels roughly made. I did not like the chair for the price. I do not see any advantage compared to other similar models that cost 50 or 60 dollars. The color is good. The seat itself is faux leather, also average quality. The only thing I liked is the fairly quiet wheels.The armrests are very small. They look nice, but when working at the computer, even though they adjust in height, it is uncomfortable to rest your arms on them. Your arm always hangs between the desk and the armrest. The armrest should be longer. Overall, only 7 out of 10. Thanks.

This chair is an absolute game-changer compared to my previous IKEA chair. The chair itself is very beautiful; I ordered it in gray. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the lumbar support and headrest make a significant difference that I notice every time I sit on it. No more lower back pain—it’s completely gone. I wish I had purchased it earlier, as my previous chair caused me so much discomfort.The only issue I encountered was with the order. Because I wasn’t home when FedEx came, I had to pick up the chair at a FedEx delivery station, and when I opened it, I discovered it had been delivered in a different color. I was quite frustrated and wrote a negative review, which was subsequently deleted. However, the chair was promptly replaced, and I was reimbursed for the import fees, which helped resolve the delivery error.I would definitely order this chair again, perhaps in white, as it looks so stylish!

La silla es comoda, la verdad he pasado bastantes horas sentado y no me cansa, el precio se me hizo cara para los acabados que tiene y plastico en aspecto, pero sus funciones son buenas a excepción del soporte para la cabeza ya que al reposar la cabeza facilmente se va hacia atras mo importa como la coloque por lo cual no le veo funcionamiento, respecto a la columna y asiento hasta el momento estan perfectos llevo apenas unas semanas de usarla, editare despues en caso necesario.
