This is a very good chair – especially for the price. You do need to assemble it but it is very easy to do so. The instructions are clear and everything you need to assemble the chair is included. It’s not a long process it only has a few steps. It is the most comfortable chair I have tried in this price range. The bottom/cushion is good. I work 11-hour days and most of the time I’m sitting in this chair, and my butt feels fine. Nothing special about it but nothing to complain about either. The back of the chair is curved. It provides decent back support to me. It’s better than my old chair so I’m happy. One thing I should mention about this chair is that the chair may not be good for bigger people. I am 5ft 9in and 195lbs. The arm rests on the chair are narrower than other chairs I’ve tried. I fit fine, I mean my body doesn’t touch the arm rests when I sit in it, but just barely. If I were any bigger, I think I would have a problem fitting in the chair. Also, I’m used to just jumping into my old chair. My old chair had arm rests too, but it was wider. I can’t really do this very well with this chair. Sometimes my butt hits the armrest, so I have to grab the chair and maneuver it around so I can sit in it. Not that big a deal, but there it is. There is a way around it however. You can just not install the arm rests if you want. Besides that, this chair is a fantastic chair. Exceptional considering the price. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing it.

Great Customer Service from the Company
Bought this chair and it arrived on time, put it together excitedly b/c I had been without a desk chair for a week or so since my old one had bit the dust and was happy to be back to normal. I had it about two days and one of the castors snapped somewhere on the inside so that the wheel stayed in place but you could no longer put any weight on that particular area or the wheel would not support the chair any longer and you would lean enough to fall out easily if you were not ready to catch yourself. I was well within my return period but did not want to go through the hassle of dismantling, repackaging and sending the chair back, and this was mandatory for both of my return options which were a replacement chair or a refund of my money. So, I reached out to the seller via Amazon with fingers crossed and explained the situation and provided them with some photos of the damage. They responded VERY quickly and agreed to my request to just send me a replacement castor so I could replace the broken one. As I had hoped, they did not just send one castor either but a sleeve of five just like you receive when you purchase a chair initially. They also shipped them out quickly and provided me with tracking information. So with minimal back and forth they were very helpful and efficient with correcting my issue, I appreciate their customer service very much. The chair itself is exactly what you would expect from a $40 chair, it could be more comfortable and ergonomic and this and that but it is now stable, provides decent back support and raises/lowers easily. Plus, I have four extra wheels now in case the overall quality of them proves to be an ongoing issues. I have had the chair over a month now though since I received the replacement wheels and have had no further issues whatsoever.

Weight listing is not quite accuratae
I’ve had this chair for a year. It’s comfortable and fits well, height is fine, easy to adjust all that.I weigh about 225lb. It says it’s good up to 240lb. I leaned over in the chair to throw something away, and it broke. I heard a snap on the central stand, and it won’t sit level anymore. So I’m replacing it. Maybe it I had sat perfectly centered in the chair forever it would have been fine, but you should be able to use it normally without fear of it snapping on you. It’s not like I was jumping on it or misusing it in any way.So yeah, I guess it’s time to look for chairs that can support at least 275 or more. I liked the chair just fine until now, but expected it to last more than a year.

Seat is advertised as 20″x20″ but actually measures 19.25″ wide and just 18.5″ where the armrests connect, and the armrests angle inward to only 16.75″ apart at their top edges. Our intended main user of this chair is 5’10”, 215 lbs, and his thighs press against the armrests. It cannot be assembled sans armrests as they structurally support the back.The lumbar supports are good but low, being most pronounced at 3″ to 5″ above the seat, and make contact at the top of the hips if you try to sit back in the seat. The seatback slopes rearwards and makes basically no contact with you at points above the lumbar area unless you arch way back.The seat is firm and not very thick, and the recline tension can be increased just enough for a person of this weight. Recline can be locked only in the full upright position, and even when locked the chair still rocks back an inch or so.Seat height adjusts from about 17.5″ to about 21″. Materials overall are attractive; arms and back frame are a matte textured plastic which feels like it’ll scratch easy. The fabric is a medium red that’s bright without being garish.Assembly is easy if you pay attention to the three different screw lengths and make sure to use each one where it’s called for.Overall an attractive lightweight office chair probably quite suitable for a smaller person. Not a chair for wide-bottomed manspreaders. Should not be represented as especially ergonomic or larger than average.

Honestly for the price it does its job, it beats a lot of other chairs for the price. It supports my posture for the most part. I would say it is a bit hard to sit on at first but as time went on you adjust to it. Additionally make sure you tighten the screws properly and try to line up as best as you can, set up is quick however make sure you adjust the screws properly.

Purchased this chair about 3 years ago. It’s solidly built, has a range of adjustments and is extremely comfortable. Back and seat support is excellent so sitting for several hours is not a problem. Wanted to wait a while before writing this review just to see how this chair would hold up after extended use.

While assembling the chair I found the plastic was not of very good quality and fixing the screws was becoming difficult. The worst part of this chair is the seat cushion which is very poor quality, when I sit I feel I am sitting on a flat wooden bench 🙁
