One of the seats was assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer.
One of the seats/upholstery was installed incorrectly within the frame and was unable to be attached to the frame of the chair. We didn’t realize that until we were assembling the chairs, and the other three chairs were already assembled. I am currently trying to get a refund or a different seat sent, but it appears that we will need to un-assemble the other three chairs and send all four back.

Missing parts and chairs all scratched
These chairs came all scratched up and two large screws with bolts were missing…If we did not already put a chair together would have returned themNow I have to paint all the scratches n try to get screws to fit two chairsOnly good thing I can say is that the chair mesh is thick

Dont buy these- awful screws and hard to complete. Not worth the effort.
