Finally found the perfect chair
I have been looking for a good office chair for a while and this one is honestly incredible. I sit at my desk for long hours working and gaming and my back used to always hurt. The lumbar support on this chair is a game changer because it actually moves with you and supports your back perfectly. I really love the headrest too since you can adjust it to exactly where you need it. It feels super sturdy and high quality. It was pretty easy to put together and looks great in my home office. For the price it is absolutely worth it. I am so glad I decided to get this one.

Update: Hbada provided me with a FULL REFUND.I decided to leave my original review below:Being used to high end office chairs in my line of work, I don’t really think this chair outstands even the cheapest herman miller, nor does it comes close to it. Perhaps it is not suppose to, but at this price, and after all the hype, I expected it to get close.A little bit more about the most advertised features of this chair:The 6D adjustable armrests feature is *useless*. I have never tilted it upwards I can’t imagine who will and for what reason, even though their website present a preson using it. It is super uncomfortable.The armrests won’t go low enough, so they force me to use a higher desk than I’d want to.They also do not shift sideways enough, meaning that at maximum shifting distance outwards, my elbows always meets the armrests, which is an issue if, for example, I want to turn to the piano keyboard and play something. It just gets stuck in the way.So all in all I was not very impressed with this chair (again, considering its price), and would probably have given it 2-3 stars review.But the reason I decided to give it only 1 star is that exactly 6 months after I bought it the gas cylinder broke so every time I sit on it, on maximum height, it sinks a little bit, and floats back up when I get off of it.I weigh 220 pounds and the chair is advertised as up to 300 pounds.When emaling their product support, I asked them if I am entitled to a replcement cylinder, since this is a factory defect, or that this should be expected to happen after half a year of usage.They didn’t reply, so I’ve waited couple more days and wrote this review.

La silla es bastante cómoda, tiene buen soporte en la espalda y en el cuello. Si bien hay ocasiones en que uno se cansa de estar erguido, puedes reclinar la silla sin dificultad alguna. Tiene buen soporte.Las instrucciones del ensamblado pueden parecer algo confusas, ya que las imágenes no se distinguen muy bien, pero no debería tomar más de una hora el armado.Un detalle menor es que me llegó sin uno de los parches estéticos (de esos que cubren los tornillos laterales).El apoyo para los brazos puede quedar algo corto, pero realmente no es problema al momento de jugar.100% recomendada, es mi primera silla gamer y estoy fascinado con lo ergonómica que es. La recomiendo a aquellos que busquen comprarse su primera silla gamer (ya sea para jugar o para trabajar)
