So far so good—works great in winter
This is a great thing for birds and squirrels in the winter. I started using this once the temps dropped below 30. So far the water hasn’t frozen or gotten any ice at all! I also haven’t had to refill it due to water being splashed out yet as some other reviewers noted. I haven’t noticed the birds using it yet but our squirrels have taken a couple of sips. The plug is longer than some (maybe 3-5 feet long?) but it didn’t reach to where I could comfortably put it on our deck railing and still see it so I used the feet provided and set it up on the deck. Hopefully it lasts through the winter here—so far im happy with it.

Great heated bird bath!
I’ve had this for about a month and it has worked great. When the temperature is below freezing the water doesn’t freeze and if above freezing maintains a steady temperature. Very happy with the purchase.

Working exactly as described
This is an awesome little heated bird bath. I bought this to provide a source of drinking water to the birds and squirrels in my back yard. The heater has been keeping the water from freezing even with northwestern Minnesota’s below zero temperatures.

Best purchase ever!
This is simply the best purchase I’ve made! My joy of watching the birds all summer ended when our winter came. But not this year! I stacked three rows of bricks in a circle, about six high to make a nice pillar. Then I secured the feet of the bird bath between them so it is elevated from critters, but doesn’t fall. I placed a couple flat stones about 6-8” long on the edge where I place a handful of sunflower seeds morning and night. The cardinals etc. have food and water all winter and I still have the joy of watching them! This item is made so well. It keeps the water from freezing, even in our first snowfall today. Love it!!

Works as advertised!
It only recently got cold enough for me to test out the warming function, but it seems to be working well so far! The birds and other animals are using it frequently. My only issue is that in Colorado’s dry climate I pretty much have to refill it every day because it’s not very large but other than that I really like it.

Great Heated Bird Bath
I haven’t had this bird bath very long, but so far, I am extremely pleased with it. It holds quite a lot of water, so doesn’t need to be refilled very often. Currently, our weather temps are in the negatives degrees and the bird bath is working well.

Very nice product.
Pleasantly surprised by this product. Nice quality and perfect size. Nice value and function.

Works very well! Has kept water from freezing so far after several nights of freezing temperatures; minus 18Celsius last night. Many birds and squirrels enjoying it! Nice quality, sturdy, with cute pattern.

A bit smaller than I expected but then I should have read the measurements more closely. It does the trick however. I got it just before a cold (-15 C) snap in Nova Scotia. It has kept the water ice-free for the last few days. I haven’t used it for long but so far so good. Birds are appreciative.

So far this looks to be a pretty decent bird bath ~ though I won’t be able to truly test it until winter arrives here in Canada – we are looking forward to creating a space for the local bird population to safely drink this winter. The setup is minimal for this – it comes already assembled (minus a few screws for the feet ) and a plugging in of the heating element. It fits roughly 3-ish litres of water if you fill it to the top and looks spacious enough that several birds could enjoy it at once.I am at first a little nervous given this is made of plastic – and in the past i’ve had some bad luck with products that mix plastic with heating function – but this is a fairly thick plastic so fingers crossed! The thermostat feature is nice to have as a power saving option given the cost of electricity! One thing of note is that the cord itself is not very long so you will likely need to run an extension cord to set this up – it would be nice if it was just a little longer to avoid this requirement.I’m looking forward to setting this up next to my solar-powered smart feeder and capturing some sweet winter bird videos to update this review with!
