Lift recliner
Assembly required. It works as it should. Mom loves the recliner and how it helps her with her knees. The massager works well. We’ll see how the heat works this winter.

Not worth going cheap
UPDATE 8-6-2025: Lift mechanism broke with in 3 weeks. Attempted to fix. Faulty assembly. Chair Returned.Not comfortable. You can feel the massage and heating elements through cushions. Too small for anyone over 5’4″. Had to add pillow to head area because back cushion sticks out.Would have returned if we hadn’t just spent and hour putting it together.

I purchased the chair for my mother who was having difficulty getting out her other chair. It gave her the abilities to be somewhat independent The chair material was soft . She love the massage and heater options.

Disappointed
Not as comfortable as I would have liked. Hard to put together. Not good construction, especially the sides. I am 5′ 6″ and I have to use a pillow for my head. It doesn’t reach the headrest on the chair. I cannot use it to sleep in as I needed. I will be sending it back.

Everyone falls asleep in it
My parents love the comfort of this chair. It works smoothly, is easy to operate and is covered in soft fabric. The maintenance team was able to put it together quickly. As the chair shifts while stretching out, it does create a gap between the back and seat, so watch out for that. But no complaints overall – it leans back far enough and is well-cushioned.

Really good medium sized chair for the price
This was a great buy. The quality was good. It worked once it was put together. No complaints. The delivery service was a little expensive when I thought it would be $19.99, but overall, it was a good purchase.

Poor choice in chairs
Chair is very uncomfortable. Very little padding in seat cushion, within a month it felt like I was sitting on a board. When chair is in reclined position it is very uncomfortable because the arms have a section that is wood inky covered by material. Very cheaply made. I would not recommend this chair.

Delivered very early, next day, which was very nice.Instructions were not clear at all, but it was pretty self explanatory if you have ever put together basic furniture.Very comfy and soft, but the massage function really is more of a vibrate function, and doesn’t really constitute a massage (which was the original reason my husband purchased this model for me).Overall I do like the chair, but think I’ll end up using it as a regular recliner and the extra functions won’t really be used unless my kids toddlers want to shake around for awhile.
