Great picnic blanket
I got this for days out with my toddler and it is better quality than I expected! I love that it comes with stakes to put in the ground so it doesn’t move. The color is perfect. It didn’t have a strong smell when I took it out of the package like a lot of things do. It’s machine washable but I haven’t washed it yet. It’s great quality so ik sure it’ll hold up well in the wash. The size is also a lot bigger than I imagined! (Even with measurements, I didn’t realize how big it was)

Virtues outweigh limitations: BIG, Sturdy, Waterproof, Grommets & Stakes
+ waterproof [crucial feature]+ 80 x 80 [or 6′ 8″]– this could serve as much more than a “picnic blanket”– tent; tarp; wearable protection from rain/snow; ground cloth; etc.+ GROMMETS & STAKES –This was another major deciding factor in keeping this unit. STURDY ATTACHMENT POINTS+ attractive+ good price for favorable features- not especially thick inner fabric–I debated sending back for something like one of the redcamp models with much thicker fabric, but those were either (a) 60 x 80 (not big enough for my purposes) or (b) too expensive for my budget. Yes, I have grommet installers, but I did not like the idea of attempting to adapt something which was NOT DESIGNED for hard usage at corners.- the “carry straps”, to me, are a little short, once you use it and the fabric “fluffs out”.

Nice beach and picnic blanket
This is a nice and large picnic or beach blanket. As described, it’s made a of a thick, quilted polyester fabric that doesn’t hold water and dries quickly. It’s also thick enough that it’s comfortable to sit and rest on, and it doesn’t billow or blow around too much (though you still need to stake or weight the corners if it’s really windy). I just wish the carry handle and straps had been incorporated into the design. As is, the carry handle is simply a piece of elastic that you stick around the blanket after rolling it up, and it feels like the sort of thing that might be easily lost or misplaced.

Stakes are a game changer! Perfect for beach!
The stakes are a game changer, SO nice for the beach breeze!! They are attached to the blanket by a little zipper pouch so you don’t lose them! Sand resistant, pretty easy to wick the sand off after use. My only knock, which is not a big deal, is that I wish the strappy carrier portion had clips rather than the lace through system, would just be easier/quicker when folding up.

Me and my family loved everything about this picnic blanket—the quality, practicality, and ease of use. The kids enjoy setting it up and putting the stakes in to keep it secure.The only downside is I haven’t found an efficient way to roll it back up.
