Chime, just okay… customer service, great.
The individual chimes appear light & thin, ergo, making the sound “tinny.” Moreover, the light-weight of the center-circular-wood-piece, adds to the barely audible sound. We have several chimes. The center wood-piece that taps the chimes is typically 3-4 x denser, allowing for a fuller, more reverberative sound. Moreover, the center rope holding the respective wood pieces together is TOO LONG by several inches. We shortened it. Easy. Do not at all like the hanging-by-a-hook feature. We prefer the enclosed square hanger. It offers a far more stable chime that won’t as easily blow off and down in higher winds. The chime is a lovely aqua blue but for our ear, the sound is just okay.

These will not last outdoors. Sound is good. They have been outside for 2 weeks and the stain coating is coming off of the wood. See picture.

Looks deceiving in picture and it is for someone THAT passes I didn’t know that at all
the item was ok was smaller than pictured. never took out of package. due to it was fr a person that passes. and I did not want that of Amy mother she was very much alive and my son had passed not to long ago so it also upset me very much.

This is much smaller than advertised. Biggest rod is only 10” not 12.4” and thickness is less than half inch, not 0.78”. The overall length is also less than shown and it is mostly a long string in the middle unlike the photo.Sounds thinny not nice because it’s smaller than advertised.Return process is not good as they only supply a Chinese label that the post office won’t accept.Third order from Amazon in a row with problems.

This is not a large wind chime as it claims to be. That’s an exaggeration as are the dimensions of the tubular chimes. The largest tube is just over 10 inches (26.5 cm) long – that’s as large as it gets.It’s not awful and I guess you get what you pay for but it’s basically false advertising.
