My new favorite rechargeable
These lamps are wonderful! Chock full of thoughtful features. And bright! Holy cow. There are multiple options for light/brightness level/color. A current charge level indicator. Adjustable handle. Several options for use. As a lantern, spot light, night light, ambiance, and room/tent illumination, depending on what configuration you choose. Battery lasts a long time between charges. And recharges quickly. I bought them to use in the barn for morning milking, and a morning light in my bedroom. This is not the warm fuzzy light typical of the “inflatables”, it is meant to light up a large area. Note: The spotlight is very effective, has three different intensities. Don’t point it at your face, it’ll blind you!

Worked wonderful for camping trip and charged super fast in the sun. Lightweight and I liked how they came with clips to hang in the tent. Lights were brighter than I expected so the quality was great.

Very Well designed and has multi-functions
It has all the functions I need. 1) sustainable because it’s rechargeable. Better yet, it came fully charged. 2) several light modes, including one that is dimmed and not blinding, and a strobe light. 3) torch light with an adjustable handle so it can be carried comfortably. 4) color changing lights that is always cute and fun, 5) can be hung, hands free, 6) small enough to be packed for driving trips. 7) solar panel on top! 8) can charge a cell phone. 9) It seems sturdy enough in case it’s dropped. 10) water resistant. I don’t want to test the waterproof function. While it won’t float when dropped into water, $39.99 seems a fair value for a 2-pack.

Honestly surprised by it. An absolute worthy buy.
I bought this a few months ago because it fit the bill for what I needed; An affordable, battery powered lantern that could be hung, and water resistant. This is used in a semi-enclosed outdoor shower hung by a hook to the ceiling using the strap attached to the light, so it’s exposed regularly to high humidity, some occasional water splash, hot and cold temperatures. This was bought as a temporary light before the shower would be eventually rigged by solar powered lighting.It’s not too lightweight, slightly bulky and almost feels a little flimsy but it is incredibly powerful on the spotlight setting, as I’m able to see hundreds of feet easily compared to a more expensive stick light I have for almost double the cost, and perfectly bright enough for the outdoor shower for at night on the lantern setting on max. The battery life is also amazing, on some occasions we’d forget to turn it off and many hours later when we find out we left it on, the battery life did not drain much, even on the maximum brightness for the lantern.Solar charging functionality wise, I did not test it extensively enough to have any real thoughts, but does it charge? It seems to. As far as charging devices like phones and whatnot, I have not tested that feature, but I will presume it works, as this was bought only intended to be used for lighting. For ~$30 dollars You cannot go wrong with it, this is a perfect option for a camping light or an emergency light, for power loss or otherwise, as it does also have the color patterns you can choose.I highly advise reading the manual it comes with to fully get an idea how to use the color settings, but if you just need a lantern/flashlight combo, I could not recommend anything better for the price.Update – October 2025I have purchased an additional two of these lights as of this initial review I left in the past year, now owning three of them and all of them are still going strong and without issues. I don’t have much else to say, these lanterns are really good for what they can do and for the price. I still have not tested their device charging capability, I would personally suggest buying a separate power bank, but they could work in a pinch.

Perfect for everything…
I needed a light for camping and this one is spectacular. I absolutely love the handle. Love that I have a latern, or flashlight depending on what I’m doing. Easy to use, thoughtful design, and a price that does not break the bank. It’s super bright as well.Haven’t had it long enough to see how the battery does, so we shall see.I have collected many a light through out my camping life. This one is my favorite, by far. Can’t wait to try it out in the wild.UPDATE: I took my little light camping and it was better than I had even thought. My friend brought LED lights but her power bank didn’t work. We plugged in the twinkle lights to this light and it worked great! We used this light for two straight nights as a power bank for the twinkle lights and I used it in my tent at night as well. I still had a half charge when we went home. I didn’t buy this light to use as a power bank. But boy was that a cool feature for this camping trip. My friend was impressed and I think she is even looking at this clever lamp now, too. Just buy it. It’s worth it.

Pretty good
I wasn’t expecting much from these. They are in my emergency supplies for a power outage, and I think they’ll be fine for that.However, for $30, I was hoping for a little more. They feel cheap, and the “flashlight” portion is laughably dim. The lantern portion is actually pretty bright, and I like that they are rechargeable. I haven’t tested the solar panels yet, but hopefully, I won’t need to.If you want something fairly cheap, light, and that will provide illumination in a pinch, these are for you.

love this thing, warmer tinted led so it doesn’t hurt ur eyes, thing lasted all night. not so keen on the other random led colors though, not very practical, but the actual flashlight and lantern is very good. nice leather band to hold it from. just wish it had a hook or loop and came with a clip to hang it from things.

Seems pretty good for the price point. I like that you can choose the color and that the white light isn’t the commercial bluey white color. It is the softer 3.5 to 4k white light. The carrying strap seems quite cheap, and it obstructs the solar panel for charging. This is my reason for a 4 star. I have not tested rubber. Time or charging capability as of yet
