Just what I wanted!
These are really nice canisters! They arrived very well packaged, without dents or scratches.The stainless lids are so shiny, my husband thought I had installed under-cabinet lighting!!If I have to nitpick, they are a tad hard to open and there isn’t a handle or lip to grab onto, but I guess if you’re wanting what’s inside to stay fresh, then its doing its job!

Leaky, not airtight, and cheaply made.
These are absolutely not airtight. They are also pretty cheaply made, and the tightness of the lids is different on all three – one is too tight, one is fine, and one is very loose (fixable by putting a rubber band on the cap). They also leak through the windows. I feel that you can buy a set like this for half the price at a discount store.I am using the medium sized one for coffee, and I guess it is adequate, but I would not recommend them.Color that matches decor is the only real positive.

I am very pleased with these canisters. My old (40 years old) canisters no longer sealed and when I thought they would add some pizzas to my countertop. They were smaller than I expected but are sufficiently big enough to store what I need. It is nice to see how much is left in the canister. One of the previous comments talked to the poor construction of these. Mine are all metal top to bottom. The window seems harder than plastic and is very sturdy. The seal is excellent .. have to tug a bit to open them. And, to top it off, the price was right! I would certainly recommend these.

Love these canisters. I had beautiful red ceramic canisters with a very artsy handle on the lid. The smallest canister got dropped and shattered, then 8 years later the handle (that is not the right word but the word I want won’t come to me) of the middle canister broke off. I was going to glue it but I can’t find the handle. These are very modern-looking in a really pretty red. There is a clear oval so you can see what is inside and when you need to refill. They’re VERY tight, I have to pry it off with a spoonw or knife. They do keep everything fresh and look great on my counter. They have modern clean lines and a vintage look. Reminds me of diners back in the day. If you are on the fence just buy them, they are worth it!
