Very nice tree!
Decided to buy a fake tree this year. This tree is perfect if you want a slim pencil tree and it looks pretty real ! It’s flat out of the box but like many in other reviews said you have to play around with the branches and limbs to make it look full (fluff it) which took about half an hour. Really easy to assembly. I love it, and it looks even better after I added some lights (it doesn’t come with them). It’s more like 8.5 feet tall including stand although there is one limb that goes up another half foot so technically 9. My experience with this tree.
There are tons of positive reviews about this tree. However, the negative reviews are generally one star. I will say that the tree assembly is easy, but the directions said the tree would be labeled 1-4 so the order would be simple. The tree was not labeled so other than the top that was obvious, I had to open and compare sizes. With the negative reviews there are lots of pictures of a non full trees, my tree looked like most of those pictures at some point during the fluffing. When I was finally done fluffing my tree it looked like the 4 and 5 star reviews. No holes or gaps and very beautiful. This tree is more difficult to fluff than some, but it can be done, it takes time and effort. The other qualm seemed to be the stability of the tree. Yes, it isn’t super stable, it is incredibly skinny and will naturally not be as stable as a non pencil tree. I weight the stand and put a skirt over it. For the price this is a great tree.

Nice tree for the price
I like that it does not take up a lot of space. It took over an hour to fluff out all the branches. But overall I think it looked pretty when done. I was happy it was easy to take down and it fit back in the box with being fluffed. Next year should go quicker putting it up.

Love the old-school quality!
We were looking for a tree that wasn’t pre-lit. Those tend to be so bright, and you can’t dim them (super frustrating!). So we went on a hunt for a slim tree without lights…most are really cheap quality. This one isn’t – it’s got the old school hinge system where the branches fold down. Remember those? Everything nowadays is just the cheap bendy wires – not this one. Great quality – so we can put our own dimmable lights. Yay tree!

Perfect product for the price!
As many others who didn’t want to spend a ton of money for a couple of fake trees. I bought two, one for (each side of a fireplace) in my living room; to replace a large tree. I thought my old one took forever to fluff, fill, divide, unbend and separate branches…but OMG.. 5:30 hours in, I seriously considered converting to Jehovah Witness…When all the branches are separated evenly and top branches are tipped up a bit.. It is amazing how nice the tree looks, and how affordable they are. Nothing is worse than over paying for something that is disappointing, I’m certain if you to go with this tree (at this price) you won’t be.Happy Holidays.

Excellent Christmas Tree
I am happy that I purchased this tree – dramatic height which fits perfectly in the room. The width of it was wonderful for my small living room. I added a topper and more ornaments to the tree and it looked really spiffy. The branches are strong enough to support even my heavier ornaments.My husband and I were able to put it together and up fairly quickly. The quality is nice, but it isn’t the sturdiest tree in the word. Next Christmas I might buy a more stable stand but otherwise it’s great!Also, other reviewers are correct, YOU MUST FLUFF the branches otherwise you will get a Charlie Brown tree. Perfect for my space! Love it!
I have high ceilings and wanted a tall tree, but not a fat one. This was perfect. So pleased with it. It’s my first fake tree and I found it easy to assemble. Easy to fluff and decorate. Because it sits in front of the window, it is “see through” so I plan on using Christmas garland to make it appear more full. But assuming this is the case with all fake trees, again this is my first. But I’m. very happy. I’d recommend it if your in the market for a tall, beautiful, fake tree.

Traditionally, we have a live tree. However, due to the heat dome in our area, as well as our environmental conscience, we decided to research artificial trees this year. We wanted a N.A. company with good business practises as well as something realistic looking. We read the many glowing reviews for National Tree, a family owned Seattle-based company, and purchased the 9 ft pencil tree. It arrived a little late, but in enough time for our grandchildren to help us decorate it. That’s where the good part ends. We were VERY disappointed with the product.We spent more than an hour setting up the tree and arranging the spindly branches. The tree pictured was realistic looking and full. The tree we received was very cheap and no matter what we did, you could see more holes and space through the branches than branches themselves. Now we have 40 years worth of decorations including all the of the larger ones made by our 5 kids and 8 grandchildren over the years. We have never had a tree that can hold them on. We used every single ornament this year and we can still see through the tree substantially. We have had artificial trees in the past, but never one this sparse.This didn’t make sense to us after reading the reviews. Was it a different manufacturer? Was it a one off ‘lemon’. I did a little more digging and realized this tree, like all, are made in China and National Tree in Seattle never see them, they are merely a drop shipper. They have no way of knowing if the company has switched the way they’re made or is shipping a ‘bad batch’. I contacted customer service letting them now of the bad quality and how I felt I had over-paid more than $200 for a low quality tree that I will likely not use again. It is too late to receive any other trees before Christmas and our grandchildren were coming the day after the tree arrived to decorate. This would be the only time we have with them for our family traditions. The customer service was not great. I got a short one line email telling me to return it to the retailer for replacement or refund. I emailed back explaining that if I did that, I would have no tree, no traditions with my grandchildren this year. Absolutely no response from them.It would seem this family didn’t get into the Christmas tree business because of their Christmas Cheer. While we all need to earn a living, it’s obvious that the almighty buck is more important than customer service here. It serves as a tree in the living room, but certainly isn’t the tree that was pictured in the ad. Very disappointing.

I had been looking for a taller tree for my family room. I needed on that was slender but not quite as slender as a pencil tree. Found this one to be just right. This one is affordable and cute. Spent some time to fluff it up. Could be a bit fuller but for the price it’s a nice tree. Filled in nicely once the ornaments were placed on the tree. Overall, I like my new tree.
