Very real. It also doesn’t smell like plastic with is great. The leaves can rotate around the tree. Quality is great and looks great.

This is perfect for a small “empty” space in my living room. After reading all the reviews, I carefully removed it from the box and put it together. It was very well packaged and so easy to put together. From unboxing to finish it took me about 15 minutes. I was sure to be very slow and careful when unfurling and shaping each leaf so I had no issues at all with breakage. This plant is very believable – does not look fake at all. It was super easy to shape each leaf. Worth every penny – best decor item I’ve gotten for the house in a long time!

Pretty plant. Takes a little manipulation to get the plant just as you like, but easily done.

It’s not really 4 ft tall
Once it’s assembled, the height of the plant is barely 4 ft tall and ONLY before you begin to bend and round out the top leaves for a more natural appearance. Then it’s maybe 3-3.5 ft tall. But it’s still a nice faux plant.
