Absolutely love our new recliner! The fabric is soft, the cushioning is excellent though a bit firm as one would expect on a brand new item and will break in over time. Excellent lumbar support! My 6’2″ 230lb hubby fits quite nicely in the seat. I am 5’1″ and weigh 127lb, I can curl up in this chair which I find so very comfortable as well! The padding on the leg portion if very nice, not merely the foot rest, your calves and knees are comfortably cradled. No more sore knees, this chair supports your legs very nicely indeed! This Vendor is amazing, the first chair was damaged in shipping however the seller promptly replaced that recliner thanking us for submitting images of the damaged box and chair frame. Their communication was both prompt and courteous, the new recliner arrived promptly, unharmed, and is perfect!

Do not buy!!!
This is a terrible chair! It looks more blue than gray and the foot rest does not stay up properly. It has no support and is not “oversized” as advertised. Just awful. After a month of endless emails and phone calls trying to return it and getting treated absolutely awful I still have not had luck returning it. I’ve wasted so many hours of my life with this chair trying to return it. Stay away from this company and shame on Amazon for refusing to help me.

Difficult to close the chair
Extremely difficult to close the chair when getting out of the chair. there is no handle to pull on the chair. The chair is comfortable. Good Value for the money.

Closing footrest
Well-made, but uncomfortable. Not suitable for the elderly, as the recliner footrest is difficult to close. There are no bars to assist in closing it; you must use your legs.

Stuffing in chair is bad
Must be memory foam when you sit on it for about an HR deals like sitting in a hole. Get up and sit back down not flat it takes about 12 HR for the foam recovers. Chair looks good. Would rather it sit good not look good. Would not recommend anyone get this chair.
