Long story short, I purchased this for a new apartment and despite following the instructions properly, the wood was uneven and some metal parts did not attach properly together such that there was a gap not mentioned in the instructions. Worst of all, all 3 of the middle legs began to tilt sideways such that when I attempted to lay down and sleep, the middle of the frame dropped with a loud metallic clang as if something broke and when I inspected the frame, all 3 middle legs were tilted at 45 degrees and almost all of the right side supports fell out of the middle (they are not screwed in per the instructions). I was able to bend the legs back to near vertical, but one leg was still tilted. When I tried to fix that leg, the other 2 middle legs tilted 45 degrees again and the entire right side set of supports fell out again. For now, I have to sleep on the side of the mattress and hope to not move. The only good news is that Amazon listened to my issue and refunded me without having me return it which is good because this product is clearly bad. I do not know how it has generally good reviews, but as someone of average stature, I should not have so easily been able to damage the frame just by using it. Please do not buy this as I am going to have to find something better and you should not be in the same situation.

Almost Perfect! Great Price!
Would be 5 stars if the “wood” slats were real wood. Hardest part was the unboxing. Packaged well. Made in Vietnam. Looks great when complete. Went together fairly easy (follow the instructions!). Be careful as the wood slats go on the side that allows them to sit flush with the side posts. I made that mistake when first installing them. Don’t take all the screws out at the same time. Take them out as you need them as to not mix them up. Perfect for our spare bedroom.

Steer Away like the Plague
This item was purchased in January 2024. I assembled it a month later. Took me approximately 2.5 hours to assemble it. I was exhausted and in pain. I finished the assembly around 2am and went to sleep right away. I woke up around 9:15am and went to the bathroom. I sat on the bed and stood slightly on my knees to reposition myself on the bed.The bed frame broke in a very peculiar way. All 3-legs in the front of the bed were bent sideways rather than backward or to the front. Bad screw material. Terrible welding. The middle leg in the front snapped from the welding. The upper screws on the front legs (left and right) split in half. This bedframe didn’t last 8 hours. I mean, look at the description: supports 800 lbs. I am 278 approximately. Right there it is misrepresenting the statement about how much weight it withstands.If you still want to buy this, I recommend purchasing your own screws. I recommend unbreakable premium XM stainless steel set screws. I don’t know if the welding of each leg is enough to withstand 300-350 pounds, however. Purchase this bedframe at your own risk. The frame is hollow inside. Feels like a mix of 1/8″ metal and plastic paste, to be honest.These legs are about 12-inches tall. As the bed sunk beneath me, it hurt my backbone. I already had a lower-back injury in the late 90s and I’m disabled. I have been 3-4 days in pain in an area I never had pain before (backbone parallel below the shoulder). Taking 1000mg Tylenol doesn’t help much.On top of that, when the bedframe broke violently, it yanked an HDMI cable that was nearby and decapitated the plug connected to my PC, separating the filaments from the plug. On my $800+ 65″ TV’s end, the eARC port is now deformed, and it can no longer hold in place an HDMI plug. I attached it with masking tape, but inside the eARC port, I think a tiny piece of the connector is broken. I can get no signal anymore from the eARC port. Forever gone.I showed screenshots and asked them not to sell this item. This can seriously hurt children, or an adult. I assume Queen beds is for 2 people. If one adult in the bed breaks the bedframe, while another adult is sitting or standing on the edge, their foot or leg is going to be seriously injured, trapped by the bedframe. Same for a child, teen, or pet.I requested a refund. Shared 5-6 images. They sent me a refund 2 days later.

Bed frame is weak and breaks easily
The bed is very pretty but the first night we climbed into the bed the frame broke. Neither of us are large people either. The middle supports bent and the bed became a crater. After it bent there was no way to fix it.I am giving it three stars instead of one though because after messaging the seller about my problems they offered a new part to try to fix the situation. Ultimately my frame is too damaged and they did issue a full refund. I would just be careful purchasing this bed because it sounds like there is a flaw in the design and it does bend and break easily. There’s no reinforcement to the center supports which I think would have solved the issue.
