Rubbermaid brilliance are the best
These are the best airtight plastic containers you can get. Rubbermaid has done a terrific job creating this line. They’ve made it easy to package and protect your household foods. They stacked so well many of the leads are interchangeable with other size container so it’s really great that you don’t have to run into around trying to find exactly the right thing. It’s so easy to snap them closed and it is an airtight seal. The proof is how long a loaf of bread stayed fresh in one of these containers. A very, very long time thank you rubber me. I’ve actually gone out and bought several more of these in this size and other sizes and I may go out and get more. There are great deals here on Amazon and when I see them, I click buy now.

Perfect for Organizing and keeping ingredients fresh
Worked well for my flour. You can feel the tightness of the air tight seal when you press the lid onto the top. The size capacity was exact. The container feels steady and durable. Being dishwasher safe is always a must for me and this container met that requirement. I feel it was a great value.

Nice, tight lid with easy-to-use snaps. No odor leakage. I use it to store rubbing alcohol for my 3d printing and I keep it in my enclosed office. So far, so good as it keeps the odor from escaping. Also, the plastic is a nice quality and is not flexible.

Best Food Storage Containers You Will Ever Purchase!
I have more than one of every single size in the Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage collection. There is nothing else out there like it. The pop up containers have tops that can come off very easily and they can make a mess of what is stored inside. I have multiple numbers of every size of these super sturdy snap on closing containers. They will keep all your pantry and other foods fresh and secure. I highly recommend these to everyone for their food storage needs.

Check Dimensions; Hinge Quality
I have used Rubbermaid products over the years and for the most part I have been satisfied. In my opinion in general many name brand consumer products have had some decline in overall quality including Rubbermaid. With this thought mind my review is based on what is available in today’s market. I have the 16 cup capacity version.My product is new as of the date of this review. If anything changes over time I will update this review. The lid seals air tight without any problems. A nice feature is the lid has a large lip at the corners allowing easy removal of the lid. My containers are clear as described.The product description says the product is TOP RACK dishwasher safe and freezer safe. Since the description emphasizes top rack this implies product may be damaged if used with heat on the bottom rack. I my opinion if the dishwasher is set to heated dry I would hand wash only since the product is made of plastic and would be exposed to high heat no matter what rack is used.Regarding my 16 cup container the marketing dialog suggest using this container in a pantry or shelf. My use is to store a couple containers in a kitchen drawer. This 16 cup container is the largest that will fit while still allowing drawer space for other items. See photos.For the 16 cup container the Amazon product page dimensions are slightly larger (not very much) than the actual measurements. For most uses this may not matter, but in my case the height is just about the maximum that will fit in my drawer. See photos.As of today my only complaint is the overall quality of the lid latches. Being all plastic the hinge can break without very much excessive force placed towards the open position. See photo 3. Even though my order was discounted, as of the date of this review the list price on the Amazon product page is $24.99. At this price a better design of the hinge could have been done. Again, as I stated in my first paragraph this is today’s product market

The perfect containers
I bought 2, 1 for brown sugar and 1 for powered sugar. Perfect size. Using brown sugar saver in with container of brown sugar. Easy open and close. Great seal. Very pleased!

Good Design and Quality
The container is better than I expected. It’s very solid, the size is great for one or two people, and i love the design of its cover. It looks like it could automatically prevent the air so that the rice can be stored well. It’s fair price if can use for a long time.
