Looks great and seems sturdy
Very easy to put together. I did use a drill instead of the Alan key it came with, which saved a tremendous amount of time. The table and chairs seem solid. There is a little give in the seat but still feels sturdy. It is also very esthetically pleasing. It is fall where I live, but I cant wait to really use it this spring when it warms back up. I’ll be putting a rug under it and decorating the top a bit. I really like it so far.

Fantastic!!! My son had this set by his pool and I liked it. I purchased for my lanai. It looks great and is so functional and sturdy. Chairs are wide and comfortable even without a cushion. The set has arm chairs which are perfect for elderly who need a little assist getting up. No concerns with flimsy weak hollow tubes for legs and or tipping over. Hardware quality was a grade above average and the predrilled holes were spot on. Assembly takes time, but I didn’t struggle with misalignments and terribly poor directions. Very, very well constructed.

Very durable and heavy! Love the color! Assembly directions were pretty clear and it was packaged very well. It comes with a wrench and Hex key, but I definitely was glad that I had a power screwdriver, right size attachment and 10 mm wrench. Made assembly much easier.

Seat slats questionable, overall nice set
The set seems pretty sturdy. However, they really should consider putting reinforced threads in the spots that screw together. If you turn the hardware just a tad bit too far it literally strips the hole out and then the hardware just continues turning and doesnt tighten.Also, I am only 165lbs and I notice that the seat slats flex down (bow) as my weight is put down on the chairs. They say the chairs hold up to 330lbs, and I hope that they are correct in that. I have several family members heavier than I am.Other than that, it was easy to assemble, and the perfect material for my outdoor patio area. I believe it will outcast a normal wood set. IF the seats hold their durability as they say, then I would purchase from this company again. I also got the glider and it is fantastic.

The Quality and design
Wow, wow this table set is amazing. This will last for sixth generation very strong. Very sturdy. 100% perfect. I bought two sets beautiful for outdoor dining with family.

Deception and Manipulation Do not purchase !!!!
The Serwall representative in writing admitted to a safety problem regarding the weakness and safety problem with the chairs. They admitted to defect!! They wanted me to replace 18 seat slats with a thicker version. First off if I did this and someone was injured I may be now a negligent party in the case someone fell thru the chair because I have altered it!! Also the correct approach would be to send the consumer a redesign, safe seat assembly!! I tried to go through the A to Z guarantee with Amazon and they tell me in emails after service reps say I have a claim for defective merchandise for a full refund that I am not eligible because the product is described as advertised. It’s obviously not described with inherent safety issues. So why use Amazon?? Good question!! I also described the table has a weakness, it wobbles!! Neither the table nor the chairs are structurally sound, I owned a furniture store for years and would never after experiencing a product like this carry it in my store!! I have shown a video of the table weakness and would have shown another video of the chairs but the product review only allows one video to be shown. Also the top chair slats clearly visible are not solid white but have brown, black and grey spots in them. Not aesthetically pleasing especially being on the top!! I will be giving this away to someone informing them of the issues , if not give it to Goodwill. Will look for a structurally sound set made in the USA and never buy a big purchase item on Amazon again!! They absolutely are not behind the customers at all!! Simply a total waste of time and a lot of lip service!! Goodbye to prime membership also!! What a terrible way to back your customers!! Also the Serwall company believes your their employee by asking you to do all this work for them, after starting the assembly process with the first two chairs and notifying them they continue to ask that the entire set be assembled !! Right there and then I should have known there’s going to be a problem. Then they just kept on asking for more photos, you can only send them so many!! They if honorable would have a company representative to look at your defective product. Fix the problems before taking advantage of the consumers the have absolutely zero ability to protect themselves from these foreign companies because certainly Amazon absolutely doesn’t care about the consumer!! Do not purchase any big ticket items on this site!! You Will certainly regret it!! Another thing they offer us a $50 discount for the defective problems they knew about before our purchase and sending it to us! You will be dealing with nothing but deception and manipulation!! Don’t make the same mistake! You’ll regret loosing close to a $1000 dollars!!! Buyer Beware!!!

Great quality; great price!
So far, so good. We put this on our beach condo balcony in September 2025. Took 3 men a few hours to put together, but I wouldn’t say it was difficult. Looks great. After a couple of renters, it has a few scratches on the table, but nothing major. Still looks good.I’ve seen the expensive name brand sets (at the beach) look terrible after 4-5 years, so I’m thrilled with the price we paid and the quality of this set!Ask me again in a year!!!

We LOVE this brand! It is sturdy, weatherproof, looks great, not too hard to assemble- no issues! Sits in a sunny spot, no fading. Great blue!Lots of compliments! A friend bought one after seeing ours when we had a back yard party. The brand is great. We have other pieces from them.
