Says 30-120 inches but neglects to mention there are in between heights that it will not accommodate. I could not get this to work anywhere in my house. I had high hopes for the shower, the corner of my bathtub has a flat edge making a lot of these types of things not work due to corner baskets. i was hopeful since this had side baskets, but not a single configuration worked for me even with the flexibility of the tension pole. Turns out there are approximately 5 inches between each configuration and the distance between my ceiling and bathtub are in one of those gaps (92 inches, with options of 79.13-89.76 in or 95.08-105.12 in). So i thought okay this thing has a big range let's try it in some other corner of the house. Every single place I tried seems to fit into one of those gaps that it doesn't support. Bedroom, office, kitchen, even a carved out nook in my dining room. I don't know if the ceilings in my house are just incredibly irregular such that every single one fell into the gap measurement that this thing doesn't cover or if it's not sized to normal heights. Aside from that the materials are good quality, nice and sturdy, baskets, soap dishes, and a little caddy cup where I had planned to store my razor. I really wish this had worked out. I may try to find something that's about 3-5 inches to put between the gap but i'm concerned about stability if i do that.

Height gaps where this will not work.

Unfortunately, there are more restrictions to the height of the pole than disclosed. There are ranges within the overall 30-120 inch advertised range. For example, the directions say that with one of the extensions rods your range will be 30.51-40.35 inches, when you add another rod, your new height range is 46.65-56.5. This leaves out six inches and continues to do so for every rod you add. The height of my ceiling from the tub is 78″, falling out of the range that will work for this shower caddy. I had plans to donate this however ended up breaking the tension rod part of the shower pole. I definitely would not recommend.
