These garden beds not only have practical functions but also are highly attractive, adding a simple and modern style to your garden space.

Is the material rust-resistant, and how long is it built to last?

The bed is constructed from thickened galvanized steel, which offers corrosion resistance. Reinforced corners and middle support bars contribute to a sturdy structure designed for reliable, long-lasting use outdoors.

Does the planter have a solid bottom or is it open? How is the drainage?

It features an open-bottom design (no base plate included). This allows excess water to drain easily, helps prevent waterlogging, and promotes healthy root growth while assisting in soil and nutrient retention.

Are the edges safe? Is there any risk of sharp corners?

The edges are rolled for safety, creating a smooth finish that reduces the risk of cuts. The thick corner brackets and overall construction prioritize stability and user safety during handling and use.

Easy to assemble, huge size, durable, highly recommend, may buckle with just soil to fill
I highly recommend these. My only qualm is that the center bars arent strong enough to avoid buckling if you are just using soil to fill. The height is great for those with limitations to avoid alot of bending over and thats why I got them so tall, wide and deep. But the trick to filling these is to use wood bracing at the bottom somehow, you will also limit how much soil to fill it will be. Use cardboard as weed barrier and to even out the bottom as it decomposes. Then use thick wood pieces to brace the sides and the bottom, buckling issue minimized over time. I would also use some type of adhesive where all the screws go in and use the staking it comes with as well. We used pretty much anything wood, cut up branches, cut up railroad ties, untreated pallet wood/cut up 4x4s and 2x4s and sprinkled leaves and whatever other organic yard waste we had available. It will fill up 25% of the bin by it and shouldnt sink too much by the end of the first year. After that another 25% of junk/used up dirt with a layer of compost on top. Then its about 20 large bags of garden soil or potting soil (garden/top soil will be cheaper so you could just do 5 bags of the potting soil for the top layer and 15 of top soil under that to save money or just all garden/top soil if the plants you are planning for are good with that, you can always amend the top half foot of soil later as it settles). I bought ten of these (3 for monarch waystations, 2 for beach sunflowers, and 5 for the mixed vegetable/herb garden) so we did that fill up method and the plants are all thriving and root systems have plenty of place to go. Add some ollas for easy watering and voila – low maintenance home garden… We got these in “white” however its more of a creamier offwhite, which honestly I’m not mad at. It still matches the house and property. But if you are looking for pure white just know these will have a more cream/off white look and it will be noticeable against things that are pure white. The beds also even match the pattern of the garage siding so I like that too. I do plan to get another one for the concrete driveway to make it more of a planter. Just know if you arent installing above dirt ground you just need to add more of drainage system at the bottom. We laid down wood beaming/large branches and the cardboard on top instead of the other way round so drainage is a cinch. But you could also use loads of larger rock as one might for a plastic container pot but with larger rock or mini boulders. Works just as well. One of the raised beds in the back we just put over two larger boulders buried in the ground we couldnt remove and it doesnt prevent roots for plants and fills up space to save on soil and is good for drainage and will always be there so you could do that to turn your above ground raised beds into oversized pot containers if you wanted. Happy Gardening!

Best Quality Metal (Wood grain painted) Raised Beds
I ordered several of these in different sizes so that I could place them together in geometric shapes for my raised garden.. after looking through similar products on Amazon. These ones are great quality and hold up really well, and the wood design is a very nice touch it’s a deep dark brown with wood grain painted throughout.. However the plastic thin film covering the painted wood side was a pain to remove and took a very long time I had my teenage kids help me which shortened the time to about 30mins to remove plastic protection on all four panels for one box. Overall very happy with these as they hold up really well without rest and they’ve been through several storms I’ve had them about 5 months now in the elements and harsh weather conditions as well as heat of 100° temperatures. The support beams across the center are strong enough to hold the dirt , water, and plants. These have been perfect for what I was wanting. I should have switched to raise garden beds a long time ago as these make it so simple to do gardening with less weeds, no rototilling, and at a great heighth for picking fruits and vegetables as well as cut flowers. Very happy with this product.

    Seems to be very nice
It is beautiful and very easy to assemble. It takes time to prep the contents as other review noted the support beams require support for themselves. Also, I plan to build a canopy frame to protect vegetables from blazing sun of western US summer.I did note that the “cut out” portion of side partitions leave a small gap that can cut body parts. I plan to use some electrical tape to cover that.Otherwise, it seems to be a fine product at reasonable price. It will take the rest of this year to prep the inside supports, build the canopy, and cover the sharp edge. I plan to start growing next spring … or perhaps this fall. I’m not in a huge rush. I’m enjoying the process.

Very usable size and looks great
Good size and I really like the green color. It seems sturdy enough, especially with dirt in it. My son and I assembled it without any difficulties. I wasn’t bothered by the protective film that has generated a lot of complaints. We removed it before doing any assembly. For the side pieces we found the best way was to get it started along the edge of an end and then pull it up in long strips. Sometimes you can even get two or three strips at once. For the corner pieces I peeled from the middle of a long edge which allowed the film to come cleanly off the folded ends. I’d much rather peel off film than receive pieces that are scratched up. We are really happy with how it looks and my wife and I are looking forward to using for a number of years.

    Very sturdy and doesn’t warp
I needed a few discreet raised beds I could put along my back patio for my plants that my HOA wouldn’t have an issue with (I have no fence) and these are perfect. Small and low to the ground, and fit perfectly on either side of my door.My one worry always with metal raised beds is I’m in Florida and everything rusts and warps. So far, even after 3 straight weeks of rain, these are holding up nicely. The bed is easy to put together by yourself, I have a back injury and this assembly was within my range of motion and pain level, and you don’t have to reach for your electric screwdriver to put the bolts in place. It’s good quality, affordable, has a small presence and pretty asthetic. I’m planning to buy 3 more for the other side of the patio.

Good product, pretty simple to assemble though there are alot of tiny screws and bolts. Took me an hour alone to assemble it at a leasurely pace. Very light so no need to worry about lifting anything heavy once assembled.

I bought these 2 years ago for my garden, they are easy to assemble and look nice, but they are not galvanized on the inside. This spring the entire inside bed is rusty, if you are growing food that’s not going to work. The outside looks great still, so I know it was galvanized on the one side. Not a safe garden bed if growing any kind of food. They should specify that it’s only galvanized on the outside, so it stays pretty but the inside will rust.
