I purchased the SUNLEI Queen Size Bed Frame with the LED headboard and drawers back in September 2024, and I’m still thrilled with it! The bed is stylish, sturdy, and provides excellent support without needing a box spring. Assembly was easy, and the LED lights and extra storage drawers are huge bonuses.But what truly impressed me was the outstanding customer service I received from the seller. When I first moved, I accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address during checkout. The original bed frame was unfortunately sent to an address that didn’t exist and was inevitably returned to sender. I contacted the seller, expecting a lengthy and complicated process, but they were incredibly understanding and helpful. They immediately arranged for a replacement bed frame to be shipped to my correct address, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.This SUNLEI bed frame is a great value, and the exceptional customer service seals the deal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-made bed with convenient features and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the seller stands behind their product. Even after all this time, I’m just as happy with it as the day I got it!

I am completely in love with my new Queen Size Bed Frame with Diamond Tufted Headboard! From the moment it was delivered and assembled, it transformed my bedroom into a luxurious haven. The headboard, with its intricate diamond tufting, is an absolute showstopper. The elegant detailing and plush upholstery add a touch of sophistication and glamour, making the bed the focal point of the room.Not only does it look stunning, but it’s also incredibly sturdy and well – made. The frame feels solid and stable, providing excellent support for my mattress. I no longer have to worry about any creaking noises disturbing my sleep. This bed was a huge disappointment. The seller only replies every 24 hours and offers no real help. The product came with manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed, and the seller’s “solution” was to offer me less than $100 for a refund instead of resolving the issue.The bed does not look like the pictures at all—the photo shows a smoke grey color, but in reality it’s black. The top part of the bed, which was the main reason I purchased it, is impossible to assemble. When I asked for a full refund, they only offered me $30 to keep the defective item. They ended up sending me $70 back.Save yourself the frustration—this is not worth the money or the headache.

So sat so good easy to put together had a little trouble putting this little piece together that goes with the head board but other than that i love it very sturdy i have a box spring & a mattress on it & it hold very good looks great in my room

Solid bed frame, crazy instructions, looks as advertised
Instructions are totally wack!! Offered no actual explanation of what goes where. Took much longer than expected. One piece was unmarked, unsure of which piece until next day.Overall, product is as advertised,, mattress does slide slightly back and forth from headboard, leg placement causes stubbed toe regularly. Bottomline, satisfied with purchase.

Phenomenal queen size bed frame! I see there’s several reviews about missing pieces & difficult assembly. With my experience….(female/single/fat/ect.) & I put it together on my own…was none other than all possible & went fairly smooth. The frame actually designed to be able to build if you live alone & have none to help out 🤪. With that all said….you get what you pay for (100.00 est. Including shipping) maybe a little more. I also seen several reviews stating that the Led lights don’t work! I was almost fooled about this too! You have to get all your ducks in a row first before you start go through all the pieces & I identify each one. The LEDs come w/a connected USB cord make sure to plug it in to the head board near an outlet….it does look like it stands alone w/an naked eye but be sure to look further! All my pieces were intact. I got more out of the instructions by the illustrations vs. reading. That’s me personally. I haven’t assembled the drawers yet but I know I have all the pieces & it will go great! Hope this helps clear up some doubts!

CHEAP BARS
After over a decade of sleeping on the floor , I finally decided to get a frame . I was in love with this one and it seemed pretty solid but less than two months of use the bars are bending and I’m sure I will be back on the floor soon. I’m only 170lbs and don’t do anything on the bed that a man wouldn’t do. Ultra sad I can’t get a replacement or anything . Was loving it until now … buy with caution
