Amazing looking product!!!
Was initially concerned because the pictures online seemed to good to be true as the patio set looked great online – which many times those are misleading when compared to the actual product. I was pleasantly proved wrong and absolutely surprised at how good this set looks for the price. It is a mid-difficult to put together but only because large pieces to manage when assembling, but patience helped and looks great as a final product. Only just assembled so can’t yet speak to wear & tear durability but so far so good. Would recommend.

Super cute and strong want to put together
These chairs are literally the biggest pain in the butt to put together. What should take 20 minutes took hours. All the bolts were chucked into a little plastic bag, no labels or anything. so I had to break them out and count them out by hand and figure out which parts were what. I did not have enough bolts in the package. I went to Lowe’s and bought some more bolts and then I managed to get one chair and the little table put together. I got the second chair put together down to the last three bolts and one of the stinking holes just would not lineup. I loosened every bolt, shifted, Pried, tried to force, pulled, pushed and I cannot get the bolt to go all the way in. I can barely turn the screw so it’s sticking part of the way out but I got it in enough to join the two pieces together.Putting this together means you will be spread out all over the place and you will be flipping these pieces over and over and over and basically doing martial arts in order to figure out how to screw them together and in the end you’re just gonna feel like you’ve been screwed. If you stay with it and you manage to get this put together it’s damn near sturdy as hell and it’s comfy and it looks very cute.Considering the price of these chairs at the discount stores versus what I got them for here on Amazon it’s worth the frustration if you can get them all together. This will challenge your puzzle skills because the pictures in the instruction manual are weird and there are no words so you must be able to identify the parts by picture and put it together and if you haven’t done that in a while then go get you a jigsaw puzzle and practice.I am having to use the warranty because even though I managed to get both chairs put together I cannot get the bolt all the way into one of the holes so the chair is structurally compromised and I am not about to take these chairs apart to send them back for a refund so I can re-buy them.If it weren’t for my situation not being able to get that one bolt all the way in and I was actually able to get all the bolts in and all of them tightened I would give us five stars but because I need to use the warranty the same day I take them out of the box I will give it four stars. This is a simple machining mistake that can be corrected in the factory. The machines are not lined up.

For a handy man, this assembly was terrible
I consider myself a handy man, you name it and I’ve assembled it.This furniture will set you up for failure, let me explain.There’s three bolts, all Allen wrench, all that’s different with the bolts is the length. If it’s not bad enough you’ve gotta Allen wench these if you don’t pay close attention you’ll be taking out longer bolts out of the spots that should have the shorter bolts, etc.Furniture is great once assembled, but fire the engineers.

Worth the assembly
This is a great product. The chairs are nice and wide and the cushions are very comfortable. Actually they surprised me, they’re a lot nicer than ones I’ve found in stores locally. They also unzip for washing. The chairs took a bit more patience to put together than other products bought from this company but once you get the hang of it the second chair is a lot easier. You’ll need a better Allen wrench that has a grip so your hands aren’t blistered by the end haha. The wood is gorgeous. I did treat the table I bought from this co. with a butcher block conditioner as there was SOME fading after about 3 weeks in FULL sun but I’m also being proactive as I don’t want the wood to split. The end table is great too, sturdy, holds 90 lbs. Beautiful looking product. Happy with the purchase!Also their customer service is great, we ordered this previously and the shipment came with 4 left sides and we weren’t able to put the chairs together. The seller was prompt at messaging and offered solutions. We settled on a refund and now we can use that for spare parts/cushion color change.

Very nice for the price
I was looking for something pretty to look at and not necessarily to use. The assembly was pretty easy. The second chair was easier after doing the first one. The quality is good and the size is somewhat normal. It’s not full size but it’s also not miniature. Worth the money.

Product is great, but construction, a nightmare.
The set is beautiful and comfortable and a great value for the money. But putting the chairs together was a nightmare for my husband, and he is good at this type of thing. Holes for screws didn’t line up, etc. it was awful. He kept cussing about cheap Chinese stuff. I stayed away. Construction was not perfect, but so far they are holding up.Otherwise they are great. The table that came with the chairs is very nice. The cushions are nice and comfortable.

Absolutely love this set! Quality is more than expected. The wood is beautiful, cushions are great. I’m 5’1″ so height of the chairs are perfect for short legs. Side table is an added bonus to the set. Assembly is a little tedious, but easy, just take your time. Make sure to keep things loose till you have it all assembled. Only comment, is there was one loose webbing underneath, choosing not to send back as you don’t see it and won’t impact use. Would highly recommend!

We love the look of these chairs and end tables. Assembly was tricky but with a drill and persistence, we got it figured out. They’re very comfy and sturdy. The finish on the arms is minimal so we’ll need to add a coat of stain fairly soon to protect the wood.

I like the look and it is comfortable. The assembly was horrible. I like assembling furniture but not these. Screw holes were badly placed, making it very difficult. Took forever.

Nice chair set. Came in a deceptively small box, but everything was present. Clear instructions. Can be put together by one person, but would be tricky. We did have to drill two missing pilot holes for screws, but not an issue. Cushions are OK quality- not double stitched at the edges, so we’ll see how they hold up. Already rained on twice- dry quickly. Side table is lovely- betting it lasts longer than the chairs!Tip: do NOT, under any circumstances, use a drill for the screws/fasteners. Use the provided screwdriver. The wood is beautiful but splits very easily under pressure.

Terrible to assemble. We had to drill our own holes in the wood for the screws, screws where all mixed up and not labeled as the instructions say and some crews where completely stripped or missing. Product looked used and repackaged. Do not recommend this product. I am disappointed
