Perfect for the price!
I ordered two of these despite the reviews about pieces being damaged upon arrival and the assembly reviews. They are just the style I was looking for and the best price I’ve seen.They came a few days late and one of them was damaged but I found the company’s help website on my Amazon orders page and was able to email the company about getting replacements. They emailed me back right away and shipped the replacement parts the next day. The parts came to my house two days later. I was really surprised they came that fast. I am very pleased with the customer service!My husband and I put these together and honestly it is not the easiest furniture we’ve ever assembled (and we’ve done A LOT of furniture assembling). There were pilot holes for the screws so we did need to use our drill but we did so VERY carefully and it turned out ok. The instructions don’t recommend using power tools because of how easy it would be to damage the pieces but without pilot holes we just couldn’t get it done without the drill. JUST BE SUPER CAREFUL!Once we got the first one put together the second one was super easy to do. Overall, I am VERY pleased with the look and quality of these bedside tables. I’m also more likely to shop from this manufacturer again as the customer service was excellent.Don’t expect these to come in perfect condition or to be a snap to put together. But don’t be afraid of them either! I’m very happy with my purchase!

Worst piece of furniture I ever purchased…
I had only 3 days before the guests arrived at the new house and the guest room was not ready for their arrival. I needed two bedside tables, but the local stores did not have something interesting in stock.And then I decided to find something on Amazon. Found these two bedside tables, that look not bad on the pictures, and delivery was guaranteed in two days. As it turned out, fast delivery was the only good thing about this purchase. I still had one day to assemble these bedside tables.From the first minute I realized that I made a big mistake when I ordered this furniture. The bedside tables turned out to be lame “homemade style” products. The only true thing was that they were made of wood. Absolutely all the elements were sheer ugliness. My 80-year-old grandfather was making amateur furniture in his little shed and that was Versailles furniture compared to these nightstands. Poorly painted, lacking even a roughly decent look inside, these turned out to be the worst pieces of furniture I have ever bought. There is no design or engineering thought in these nightstands.The entire structure is assembled with glue and screws, which are screwed in flat surfaces with unprepared holes. The drawers do not have any metal rails, and with great effort they move along the wooden sticks screwed to the inner walls. The whole structure is not very stable and the drawers constantly get stuck on the runners. I was assembling these ugly boxes with understanding that it would be impossible to return them, but I needed at least something for the guests.Dear Amazon, you need to enforce quality control for the sellers in your system. Such furniture cannot be sold, it just needs to be shredded into sawdust and used in gardening. Now I feel ashamed that I installed this ugliness for my guests. I’ll just dump to the garbage both of these little dummies as soon as the guests leave my house. I will not post pictures here because they will remind me of my stupidity. I am writing this review only so that no one would ever even think about buying these wretched bow-legged boxes. Their real price of these nightstands is $5 a pair and I wouldn’t even take them for free.

Not easily assembled!
1. I’ve put together many pieces of furniture in my lifetime.2. Step 1 is easy. The directions are excellent. Each piece is well labeled.3. Step 2 is confusing because the parts do not align with what the diagram shows. The side with the 3 pilot holes is opposite of what the picture shows. But, we figured it out. The diagram should include whether the end is smooth or contains a lip.4. The other steps make sense. The labeling is clear. But, even as able-bodied, active people, we lacked the strength to insert the screws.5. It took 5 hours to put this together. If there had been pilot holes, it would have taken maybe an hour and a half.6. Though we followed all instructions, the bottom drawer is slightly askew, but overall the stand looks great. (I adjusted the drawer slide, improving the appearance to what is seen in the photo.) UPDATE: the drawer has become more and more askew.7. It seems sturdy. The wood seems of good quality. The paint looks nice.

The product is of great quality – sturdy, beautiful color, the drawer glides easily, height is perfect! The assembly takes quite a bit of time and patience but it’s totally worth it!

I read earlier reviews which were not very complimentary. Prior to ordering I had my husband read them so he knew what he was up against. He said that the instructions were very clear, he took his time and methodically put the nightstand together. I am very pleased with it and it looks good in the space.

I think there’s a bit of stigma about buying furniture from Amazon and that it might not be as good as if were to come from a furniture retailer. However this was a great product for the price and am very happy with how robust and sleep it looks. Simple design. 5 stars

The assembly is ridiculous – took a couple hours to assemble on my own. The amount of pieces they send you is insane. For the price, you shouldn’t have to spend that much time assembling. Also, some of the holes were not pre-drilled, which made the wood split in some places.The nightstand isn’t as white as I thought it would be – it’s more like a whitewash on pine. Nice, but not sure I’d recommend. Too expensive for value.

I ordered two of these night stands, they are a great size and are quite sturdy. They do require quite a bit of time to assemble and were missing a few screws, thankfully I had some on hand.
