Comfortable option to enjoy the outdoors
This is a super comfortable way to sit and relax outdoors (or indoors if you prefer). We can attach it either to one of our egg chair stands or my husband screwed in a hanging anchor underneath our deck. It is easy to adjust it for length and the material is thick enough to feel sturdy, but thin enough to allow for comfort. It also comes with two pillows, but they are pretty thin so if you like more substantial support you would probably want different pillows. I sat in this for over 3 hours enjoying the last sunny day of fall….reading, crocheting, playing cards with my son, etc. It was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep. It also has a pocket on the outside that you can easily store your phone. We take it down and bring it inside when not in use, so not sure how it would hold up to weather. Overall, this is a great way to relax outdoors!

My favorite spot to chill
Love it ! So easy, so stylish! It’s my new favorite place to chill. It’s simple to put up. Well made so no worries if you are a bigger person. I love that there’s a side pocket for what ever you consider essential. I do really wish it had a foot rest but even with out one it’s super comfortable

Easy to put together and comfortable to use
I was so excited to order this hammock chair by Backyard Expressions! I chose the gray because it is a neutral that will hopefully hide grass and dirt stains. (And won’t be too bright and distracting.)I was able to put it together easily by following the included directions. I used the included hardware to hang it from a tie and ring I already had secured to a sturdy tree branch. The fabric is durable and appealing to the touch. My teenager (180 pounds) was able to sit in the hammock with no problems, discomfort, or damage/fragility.It was difficult to keep the pillows in the hammock when not in use. I am not sure what the best storage solution is. While I have the hammock outside for now, I will likely move it to a shadier spot as we move into summer. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to sit while outside!

Ceiling mount not included.
It went together nicely. Instructions were pretty easy, though the picture on the box was all I really needed to put it together. I’m on the bigger end of the max weight for this thing, but it held me. It’s more for the kids anyways. They already like it. After a bit of trial and error I found the right height for all of us, and it’s good to go. Everything’s kind of middle of the road, but as expected. I do have a big pro and a big con about this, and I’ll cover them now.Pro – I like how quickly this collapses down and fits into a nice little included bag. It’s going to last a lot longer because it’s not a real pain to take down during inclement weather. Nice touch.Con – There was no hanger or ceiling mount included. So when the product arrived, I couldn’t immediately put it up, and I didn’t realize I couldn’t put it up until I got everything out. IMHO, that makes this kind of incomplete. Technically, there are no pictures that include a ceiling mount. When they mention what’s included,”Easy to Hang & Includes Hardware: Comes with a sturdy hanging chain, S-hook, and carabiner for a hassle-free setup. Hang it from a ceiling, tree, or hammock stand in minutes”Technically, they don’t lie about what’s included, only about how easy it will be to hang from a ceiling with what’s included. FWIW, I was not able to just hang it from the ceiling with an S hook, a chain and a carabiner. I actually needed something with a loop on it mounted to the ceiling for the S hook and/or carabiner to attach to. Granted, I’m not in the hammock chair industry. Maybe you all got together at the last convention and decided one day what level of incomplete was acceptable. Like, why not save even more money and not include the s hook, or the carabiner. Heck, save even more money and not include the fabric, just sell me the idea of a chair until I go and buy thread and fabric to sew one together. To me, if I can’t pull it out of the box and hang it up without buying another box, then it is not a complete product.It cost me about 1/3 the price of this chair to get the necessary hardware to hang this chair. I also splurged on a sturdier ceiling mount since I like not falling from things. I don’t imagine it would cost that much to include just include the hardware and factor it in though I imagine it would increase the price somewhat.So… four stars feels high, but the product does work as long as you buy more things. Just make sure you buy something to hang it from.

Cozy and Relaxing Hammock Chair for the Backyard
I hung this hammock chair from a large oak tree in my backyard, and it has quickly become my favorite spot to unwind. The fabric is soft, and the cushion adds a nice layer of comfort. The chair stays open and stable, so I never feel like I’m getting swallowed up by the fabric.Installation was simple with the included hardware, and the chain and carabiner feel strong and secure. I expect this chair to hold up well over time. comfortable chair
Great chair to hang up on a big old tree, then spend the afternoon reading a good book! This hanging chair is very comfortable, and goes together quite easily. The paint/powder coating seems well applied, and as long as you bring it in when you’re not using it, this product should last a good long time. Our grand kids will love it, and my wife is a big reader, so sitting in this in the shade on a summer day is right up her alley. This and a hammock makes for a nice way to spend a lazy summer day!
