Very Handy Cabinets – Difficult Size To Find. Quite Happy With Them!
Hi everybody. Am perplexed by some of the negative reviews and comments I am seeing here about this cabinet. We liked it so much, that we ordered a second one and placed them side by side. This size is very difficult, if not impossible to find! We needed a cabinet to organize some things we had stored in our entry way, such as bags of pet food, extra bottles of water, soda, seltzer, etc. that were in plain sight and looked just way too cluttered. The entry is not a large area at all and at 12.5 ” deep, this was the ideal depth for us, as it contains all that we wanted to store in it with ease, and does not jut out too far, which would block the entry window, and also make exiting and entering more awkward. For this reason, the shorter height was also ideal for our purposes, as anything taller would simply “take over” the entry with respect to size. It’s also nice to be able to neatly store a few things on top of it and have them easily within reach. It is easily sturdy enough for our purposes, and again, I am simply not understanding why people are complaining about this, as ours seems to be more than sufficiently sturdy to accommodate our needs.As for assembly, this really was not the nightmare which some reviewers are describing at all. Simply followed the directions, assembled the cabinet face down, (on the doors), and stood it up when finished. The only tools required were a hammer and a Phillps’ screwdriver, NOT a power drill or power screwdriver as these are constructed out of particle board and that would be overkill and strip the screws! That simple. Regarding the gaps that some are describing, ours may have a VERY slight gap between the doors, but nothing worthy of noting or anything to complain about. Speaking of the doors, I would like to add that since, as mentioned, we were trying to work with a very small space, the double doors were a MUCH better option for us as opposed to the single door cabinets. Just another thing to bear in mind. We were concerned that these would take a beating during shipping and arrive in questionable shape, but this concern was unwarranted, since they arrived in great condition. All in all, we are very, very happy with these cabinets. No complaints at all.

Easy to put together and reasonable quality
I bought this as an extra pantry space due to a small kitchen with not a lot of cabinet space. I love the size since it’s not too tall and you can access all areas easily. The shelves are adjustable which is nice for the different sizes of stuff to put away. It is sturdy as well. The back was a bit flimsy and awkward to nail on at the end to have it lined up perfectly, but it does the job. Otherwise, it was very easy to put together on my own.

Works, easy to assemble, but mediocre quality
So this is more affordable then some of the competitor products so kudos for that. It’s also fairly easy to assemble if you’ve put together flat pack furniture before and I wasn’t missing any pieces and it arrived mostly intact. The problem is that after assembling it, it’s lopsided. The holes for one side are very slightly lower than the holes for the other. The end result is the entire cabinet looks slightly askew. It still functions for its intended purpose and I will still use it as a cabinet, but the fact that if you look at it too closely, it looks lopsided truly bothers me and means I have to consign this to some dark corner of the room where it won’t be examined too closely. For the record, I double and triple checked and I assembled it correctly, the holes were apparently just drilled slightly off which resulted in the panels not lining up perfectly from the left side to the right. Still, it works as a cabinet and the weight in it keeps it upright so it does do its job. I guess you get what you pay for.

Just don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. The doors don’t line up. Easy to put together. Not sturdy, it very much will tip over if not attached to the wall. It’s pretty heavy. There’s not a nasty smell to it. It is pretty but the doors do just fall off with the screws that came with it. I put it together and when I opened the door the first time it fell off.

Sure wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. At 69.99 this cabinet would be over-priced. With tax I paid $455.54 for cheap, pressed wood, garbage hinges and ugly plastic handles. I feel as though I have been cheated. Never again! I’ll be looking up the return policy.

UPDATE: company was willing to reimburse me at 15%..that really doesnt cover the damaged For some reason I did not recieve notification this product was being delivered. Once I opened the box I noticed the pieces were damages. Although it was easy to assemble and instructions were clear, it is not worth the $$$. Not to mention that it is damaged in a few spots.
