Great Lift Chair. Very Happy With This Purchase.
My husband came home from rehab and we discovered he could not get up from the chair without serious assistance, which I was not strong enough to provide. Ordered this chair – it came the next day. It is very very heavy, but the size is great – fit into our living room nicely. Very comfortable, he finds it easy to use. And he loves the heat and massage features.

Mobility Chair
We experienced a small issue with the connector that controls the lifting of the chair, making proper contact and there was a minor tear in the back headrest area. The chair is comfortable, though it feels a bit on the light-duty side. Overall, it’s a good value for the price.

Good Lift. Recline Good. Massage Not Worth It.
Pros:Easy to put together.Quality materials.Heat function.Lift works well.Cons:No charging ports, knew this beforehand, but found we missed having them.Massage styles only vary the length of or pattern of shaking/pulsing. Not much variation between intensity levels.To recline, the legs come up at the same time the back reclines. Not separately adjustable.Final Opinion: My 6′ tall son liked the heat function and slept in it comfortably. My 5’7″ husband likes the recline, but not the massage. At 5’4″, I can’t use it. My back hurts with not enough support during the recline; and the massage is too intense, even on the lowest setting, giving me a neck ache. We all like the lift function.

A good value
Good value for the price. Assembly easy, well packaged. Do not love the massage feature at all but heat feature is great and the motion if the chair is good. This does not independently move footrest and back which is a more expensive feature. Will use for shoulder surgery recovery and likely keep it. I like much better than larger bulkier styles.

Great for the money
This was perfect for my mom who had hip replacement surgery. She has bad knees and bursitis in her shoulders so this was a complete game changer for her. She could be independent with this. It was excellent for the cost. The heat was nice when she had to ice her hip. She could turn it on so the rest of her didn’t get as cold. The assembly was a little more involved than I had anticipated. Tip: when assembling the arms on the base. They tell you to pull hard to lock them open. They mean YANK it as hard as you can. It won’t lock without violently yanking it. Just “pulling hard” doesn’t do it. I struggled for at least a half hour until I watched a YouTube video. Once I realized I needed to be super aggressive, it was a piece of cake.

Uncomfortable lift chair.
Arrived w/ seat cushion missing. Notified the customer service. They kept asking for more & more information. Gave them all we had. Returning chair because vibrator mechanism in center back was very uncomfortable. We never did receive seat cushion.& made a make do foam cushion but still not comfortable. Asked them for information about how to return chair. DO NOT WANT IT.

Great Customer Service
Customer service and support is without a doubt the best.The wires during the lift position got caught and ripped out of the motor. Thinking I could fix it I broke parts of the motor trying to get the casing off.Within a week I had the new motor and with the video they sent me I had the motor installed without any issues. Even tho it was our fault the chair was only 6 months old they sent everything free of charge.Oh and the chair is awesome and works great.
