It’s extremely flat at first when you open it but will fully thicken up within roughly 3o minutes.
This is so badass!!! I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment and my daughter has been sleeping on an air mattress on my bedroom floor in room but it got a leak so it kept going flat on her in the middle of the night. I was considering buying another one because I didn’t know there were any affordable options and an actual mattress would always be in the way. By some miracle I came across this and saw that it was actually a little cheaper than the air mattress upgrade I was going to get her. Not only do we not have to worry about holes or it just naturally going flat in the middle of the night, it’s way more comfortable, it folds up into a little couch so she can sit and watch tv instead of laying down, and when it’s folded into a couch, I don’t have to put it away to be able to get to my dresser. I wish I would have known this was an option months ago to save my daughter from suffering through air mattress problems. The nice thing is that when I move into a 2 bedroom, my nephew will have somewhere to sleep besides the couch and the rest of the time my daughter can use it as her couch under the platform bed I’m going to get her. They have it wrapped up really tight so when it gets delivered don’t freak out if the box seems small because the mattress is actually an even smaller box inside the main box. Once you cut the wrapping off and lay it out on the floor it’s going to seem super flat but after probably 30 minutes or so, the foam raises and thickens up to its actually thickness. The quality is great and I got exactly what I was expecting when I ordered it. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This was super easy to get out the package. It took about a day and a half to fill out fully. Super sturdy. It’s easy to fold out and back in the sofa set. My daughter love how comfy it is. It was a great buy for the price. The thickness is perfect for how comfortable it is.

Love it! It’s exactly as described and fully expanded in 24 hours!It’s soft but firm for the use of my toddler learning to crawl up and on to the couch with a safe place to fall. I love that it folds well into a chair when not in use for my toddler and can be secured with Velcro. Great quality foam and material. Looks good and cozy!

Extremely uncomfortable, unable to use because it is so firm and has near no give.
This is awful. The size is as stated in the ad. The fabric isn’t horrible. HOWEVER it is worse than sitting or lying on a floor. It is so firm that I can stand on it and it barely dents in. I’m 115 pounds and laying on it, the foam doesn’t move. It is beyond uncomfortable. I understand that it has to be somewhat firm to keep its shape but it’s more comfortable to sleep or sit on a floor than on this. I went months looking at these in hopes not to get something I wouldn’t like, but even with 2″ mattress topper on it, it is still horribly uncomfortable. Again, size is correct, thickness is as stated, it folds as it should, but it is impossible to use.

Not as good as I expected
Little disappointed in the quality of this item. Ordered this one specifically because of the shipping date and the day I would need the item. Item was delayed 48 hours which was an inconvenience as I needed extra sleep space for company. Once item arrived it still need time to inflate 24-48 hours. I may update after awhile with a product update. Shipping was not a 5 star experience

Nice and firm, takes like a week for the foam to expand. Hella hard to get the foam back in the cover but super nice it’s washable. I use all the time but it hasn’t been a year yet. My guest love it too. Got it big enough for a big man. I use it as a lounger the most since you don’t have to lay it all the way flat.
