Not difficult to assemble, and very sturdy. Good price.
I assembled this by myself in less than an hour.Helpful notes for assembly:You will need an 11mm square open-end wrench, pliers or 3/8″ open end wrench, and a phillips bit with drill (or screwdriver which I do not recommend)Assemble the end pieces first, by hand only (do not tighten ANY nuts until ALL are hand assembled), starting with just top screw and bottom screw until all plates are connected.Because the inside hole is in the middle of the indented part of the plates, I put my screws from the inside and the nuts on the outside, because I felt it would be easier to get to the nut with the wrench. Not sure how important it is, but the very end pieces are the outer most of the curve in the instructions. That is how I assembled mine.If a plate is taller than the one you are attaching to, then flip it over and see if it fits better. I had about a 1/4″ difference between some plates, but that isn’t a big deal to me.Attach the flat pieces to the curve assembly with a screw at top and one at bottom. Instructions show they go on the inside of the curved ends.Once you have the curved assembly attached to a flat plate, so now you have to halves assembled but not together, go back and hand start every screw to a nut at the connection points.I had one screw with messed up threads, but there were extras in the package. If a nut won’t go on by hand, flip the nut over and try again. If it still will not catch threads on the screw, try a different nut or screw. Now, to attach the two halves:Assemble the rods with a long nut in the middle and one one each end so you have two rods connected and using 3 long nuts. Screw the rods fully into the long nuts.Connect the two halves of the unit with one screw/nut at the top, and one at the bottom on both sides. Assemble the rods by holding them next to the hole and put a screw in from the outside on both sides. Do not tighten yet. I placed one at the second hole and third hole from top, then skipped to the next to bottom hole. Probably doesn’t matter, but it is not needed at the bottom or the top, as most weight will be in the middle of the plates.Once you have screws/nuts in every hole, use the 11mm open in wrench to hold the nut in place and set your drill to 10, add the phillips bit, and tighten the screw into the nut. Do this for every screw/nut assembly. Last, use the 3/8″ open end wrench or pliers to hold the long nuts at the side panels and use your drill to tighten the screws into the long nuts.

Worth the price, some flaws but it will do its job.
Just put this together – If you’re planning on putting it together yourself, plan for about an hour. It’s very straight forward. I hand tightened everything first then came back around with the drill (PH3) and an 11mm wrench using the square side to hold the nut in place.Toss the directions, the pictures aren’t even the same as the product. Just use common sense. I put the bolts inwards to avoid them all poking out around the garden bed.I put the ends together, then the sides, then connected the sides to each other with the support beams, then connected the ends to the side pieces. Be careful not to move it all too much before the screws are in place otherwise you may end up in an awkward position with the pieces shifting in different directions. The metal is sharp, but not so sharp that you can’t touch it. I ran my arms and fingers across it multiple times to test it as I’ll have young kids around these regularly. The pieces don’t match up evenly in all places but what can you really expect for $35, it’ll do it’s job and you can either bend over the corners or just put a cover along the edges to avoid getting poked.I’ve got 3 more to put together so it’ll be something to do after work and when the wife and kids are in bed. Woohoo ;)I’ve been saving excess grass trimmings and old mulch to use as a base in this. If you’re thinking to fill it all with dirt, well, you’ll need a lot. That is if you’re doing 4 like I am.I’m excited to grow a garden again. We planted a garden when we first bought our house in 2021, then didn’t bring it back until this year. It was just for the wife and I before, but now we have 3 boys that are eating machines and will love to pull all the fruits and veggies off the vines within these garden beds.Worth the money, it’ll do its job, looks nice, easy to put together, and lightweight/easy to maneuver. Thanks

Good price, good product, mixed up shipping
The flower boxes are as advertised. They look good and should do the job nicely. Assembly was a bit tedious but unavoidable. I ordered four boxes and received three in one shipment and the last in a separate shipment. Since I was not notified that it would be in two shipments in caused a bit of confusion. I don’t know if that was the sellers fault or Amazons fault but definitely annoying. I looked for similar boxes at local stores and the cost was twice as much so I won’t gripe too much.

    Great product
These are good sturdy planters. They look really nice and I especially like the 3 support posts through the center. They were time consuming to assemble but not difficult. I did not find any sharp edges on mine and the panels went together very well. My only complaint is the plastic wrap used to pack the panels together melted onto the panels leaving bits and pieces of plastic stuck and a few panels of each planter. The plastic is clear so you cant really notice it but it is there. Other than that, I would purchase these again. The yellow color is true to what is pictured.

    3 center post not 4
These are fun to put together, they will be light weight to other steel troughs. What we found out is that in the instructions it got confusing at first installing the cross supports in 3 pictures there are 3 per trough. In one picture it shows 4 thinking you might be missing a set., while in the supply list there should only be 6 post to attach together. Ha! There should be only 3 per center.

    Metal planter, small raised bed
Perfect as described. This is my third planter of this type. It is small but strong. It fits in a small space nicely. I used it for herbs. Note the size. No rust after one season. Looks new at end of 2 nd season

Excellent Planter: Thicker Gauge Material With Horizontal Supports, Easily Assembled, Great Addition To My GardenThis review is for the “Land Guard 4×2×1.5ft Galvanized Raised Garden Bed Kit, Galvanized Planter Garden Boxes Outdoor, Oval Large Metal Raised Garden Bed for Vegetables (Classic Silver)”I purchased this planter so I could add a couple blueberry bushes to my property. I wanted a planter that was a bit deeper and this 18’ deep one looked like it would fit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of this product. With the included supports that help keep the walls of the planter from bulging, it easily stayed rigid and did not deform when I filled it with soil. At 51.61 delivered to my door, I was happy with the purchase.Upon delivery I noted the box it came in was damaged on one corner (see pics). One of the sections was slightly bent on the corner but was easily straightened out with a pair of pliers.TOOLS NEEDED: #3 Phillips screwdriver, 11mm combination wrench, 3/8 combination wrench. It was fairly easy to set up and instructions are 8/10Be very careful, as the edges on this product are extremely sharp. I recommend wearing gloves and even a long sleeve shirt to protect your forearms.Once set up it was easy to move to it’s permanent location. As mentioned before, the cross bars for support make this planter extremely rigid.Pros: Heavier gauge metal, rigid, cross supports, half decent instructions, extra nuts and bolts, ecstatically pleasingCons: Sharp edges, edges do not line up (see pics), no rubber trim safety edge, not the greatest packaging for shippingThis planter is by far the heaviest gauge metal I have out of a number of different sources. I would buy this product again, and probably would use this product exclusively if it came with a rubber safety trim for the shape edges. I will update this review in the spring of 2026 with info on how well it held up over winter.

I like it. I bought 4 of these in different colours (yellow, grey, green) and they are all great, no scratching issues. Price is fair (ranging between 55-70, though I bought grey and green at a discount). There are no sharp edges (or you can say very minimal sharpness). Colour quality is also good. At first glance it seems a bit thin material but once you put on together it is very sturdy and each one does come with three sets of connecting rods for additional support. If you are just starting out or even experienced gardener and looking for raised beds in a tight budget, then go for it. I definitely recommend this garden bed.

Purch 2 smaller ones also that were good. The 1.5 ft high ones didn’t matter how we restled them together, some panels were higher than others giving very sharp jagged corners. I appreciate that they folded over edge to make it smoother, but if panels don’t line up you get very sharp corners. Also 1 panels wholes were double punched which makes it a bit wobbly. Overall after I wrap top with a garden hose I wont have to worry about edges they will work just fine for the greenhouse.
