Narrow your choices to this one!
Ok, this is going to be a long review!😛First, let me put it out there that I live in a NYC studio and closet space is tiny and precious! I also have a *very bad cat* (Winston) who likes to get into my stuff, especially when I’m at work… so having my stuff organized, and where I can close the bathroom door and keep him away from it is not optional.😹When I finally decided to purchase an over-the-toilet ‘thing’, I was aware of the unfortunate placement of my electrical outlet – right between the vanity top and the toilet (second photo). I also wanted one that would support a lot of stuff in different sizes, not the least of which are excessive amounts of hair brushes and hair products. DON’T JUDGE ME.😂 (Ladies, you *know* what I mean!) So I did do some research… I didn’t want one with cabinet doors, as the cabinet style has reduced flexibility for shelf spacing. I definitely wanted four shelves, and enough height to easily clear an open elongated toilet seat. This unit was easy to assemble by myself. I didn’t want to risk scratching the very nice white powder-coat on the metal (aluminum?) frame or the white laminated shelves, so it took me about 90 minutes from opening the box to photo #1. PRO TIP: do *not* completely tighten the screws until you are *sure* everything is going together correctly… when the top portion with the basket and shelves is ready to go onto the base portion, you will need some ‘give’ to adjust / snap it together without bending anything. I had no problem with the instructions or missing pieces/hardware.You will notice the long horizontal bar at the bottom in the back was initially put on (first photo) but then I took it off to lift and slide the unit over the top of the toilet. Once I did this, I realized the unit was stable enough to leave it off completely, which I did so that my OCD self can easily lift it up and take it back out of the bathroom the same way it went in. (Great for when it’s time to deep-clean the floor behind the toilet.👌🏻) Also, even tho there are two height options for that bar to accommodate the water-supply valve, only the higher of the two options would have worked in my bathroom, and it would have been a *very* tight fit (fourth photo). In the third photo, you can see the unit is not centered over the toilet. Not ideal, but it’s because of that electrical outlet, not the unit. This was not a deal-breaker for me, because I also like for my blow-dryer to be in the holder next to the electric. In the fifth photo, you can see how much stuff the unit holds. Note that these are all full-size or jumbo-size (Costco and ULTA) products. Elnett hairspray comes in very tall cans. I might look into getting a hair tools organizer for all those brushes and put it inside the wire basket shelf, but that’s a future wish. Right now I’m just glad all this stuff is not still jammed in a closet with cleaning products or clothes, or in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Easier access will be a time-saver for me!😍Finally – the screw-on feet are adjustable, so you can make it stable on the floor where it will ‘live’. Note: I did not feel the need to use the supplied anti-tip straps – no little kids here to pull on or hang from it. The large white hook and the three (rather flimsy) little silver hooks (photo six) aren’t super useful due to the unit not being centered. On the right side, they are too close to the wall, and on the left side too close to the sink and blow-dryer. (I just used one small one to hang a lint-roller, and the large white one for toilet paper over the tank.) The hooks also were not deal-breakers.If there’s one thing that would really improve my satisfaction with this unit, it would be white plastic plugs to cover unused holes in the frame, but hey – I’m not going to nit-pick since this thing was only about $55 (a price-cut item). Btw, I’m 65+ years old. If I can do it, so can you!💪🏻 Hope you found this review helpful!!😊

Clean area, organized, and good fit.
Worth mentioning that you will need a gap behind your toilet to fully assemble and install this rack. If not you will have to improvise like I did. Aside from that you will love this rack, it’s simple but effective in space. Easy to clean. Decent weight to the shelves so they wont just fall apart. Good organizing tool for the bathroom and it made the space look so much cleaner.

    Great
Loveee it! Has plenty of storage and it’s cute. It’s also pretty easy to put together. I bought 2 of these, one for each bathroom. My only complaint is that one of them that came didn’t have 2 holes where it was supposed to so it made it harder to work with.

Convenient, really nice shelving over toilet.
This turned out so nice. It’s convenient for storing stuff, having things available instead of putting away each time you use it and looks nice too. I am so pleased with this over the toilet shelves.

This is really a nice touch to my bathroom. It holds a lot and it’s very sturdy. The only thing I suggest is to make sure that you secure it to the wall and so easy to put together

The rack is beautiful, and I love the rustic look—it adds a nice contrast and style to the bathroom. Assembly was fairly easy overall, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. Some parts were missing labels, and the manual doesn’t list steps in the best order. For example, the crossbar (labeled F) makes more sense if installed loosely before step 3, and one bar I received wasn’t labeled at all—it turned out to be the one labeled H.Another point worth noting: the product photos on the application displayed on the page are a bit misleading. Not all toilets with a similar look will fit well with this rack. My toilet is very close to the wall, which meant I couldn’t install the X-bar and H-bar—both of which provide sturdiness. If your toilet is placed right against the wall, you may run into the same issue. The H-labeled bar measures about 0.5″ W x 0.5″ D, so make sure you have at least that much clearance behind your toilet; otherwise, you’ll need to either skip the reinforcing bars (reducing sturdiness) or place the rack elsewhere in your bathroom. That said, once assembled, the rack looks great and feels solid. Despite the unclear instructions and fitting challenges, I would still recommend it—just with a bit of caution and double-checking measurements first.

Storage rack was easy to assemble by myself (72 yr old female) and directions were clear. Everything needed for assembly was included in the parcel. It was easy to lower over the toilet once it was assembled. Now my grandkids things are sorted instead of being spread out over the counter.
