Easy to use!
Built an 8×10 pergola using these. Only complaint was that the anchoring bolts were way too long in my opinion to mount onto our concrete pad. 4 inch this pad would have cracked, so I had to go get shorter anchors. Definitely a two person job to install. Feel like nice quality.

Good quality & easy installation
The kit made the buildout a breeze. Some of the Phillips-head screws did rust only a couple of weeks following the installation. This would be a simple fix to upgrade the product to a superior rating.

Quick and easy way to add structure
I wanted to add a quick method to add a structure to add a shade and light rain coverage to an old deck. I plan on replacing the deck and I wanted a modular method to fill the time gap.These seem to be sturdy and quality built. They were easy to use with standard hardware store 4*4 posts.

Heavy duty. Slightly larger to fit a 4×4 post (3.5×3.5) I had to used 1/4″ shims.

Commercial product is about 5x the price. Brackets are bigger then 4×4, so a bit loose fitting, bit still works and looks good.
