Awesome lighting for year round effects
We initially got these lights for the winter holiday seasons, and found that they are actually usable year round!They are a breeze to install with the included adhesive on the back of the pods, and the optional screws for mounting. We did opt to use the screws in conjunction with the adhesive, as we live in Texas, and easily get 80F-90F weather for a good majority of the year, and adhesive tapes don’t generally last too long, so we decided not to chance it with these.They paired with the app quickly, and are preloaded with a wide range of effects, from holiday specific, to music reactive, and your standard addressable RGB strip effects (rainbow, color cycle/fade, chase, etc), but also allow you to add your own custom effects, or alter the preloaded ones.They also have a great look when not used during holidays by setting them to a warm or cool white color.While they don’t necessarily throw light a far distance, being that installing them higher up doesn’t illuminate the ground as brightly as ones mounted lower, they are still very vividly bright, and can be seen from quite the distance.Definitely a great addition to our house, as well as holiday decor.

So many uses for these lights at night!
I installed this set of lights on my home four months ago. They were easy to put up with the bracket and screw method. I have vinyl siding and preferred the sturdier mount over the tape attachment. They look great and are very bright. I have used them for holiday lighting, turning them to white light to make it easier to see when I take the dogs out at night and used them for ambience at cookouts. They’re really versatile lights and work great with the Smart Life app and my Alexa equipment. I’ve not had any problems with them and have really enjoyed them. The music sync function puts on quite a light show and I’ve got preset scenes for every major holiday. I like that I can also DIY my own scenes. They’ve been though storms and all kinds of crazy weather and it’s not affected them at all. The quality is on par with the asking price. I’m giving them a yes.

It is intended to show the sophistication that will be brought to your home. In fact, it includes everything needed to get them installed including glue and clips to install each light in seconds. Note that they cannot be cut so plan your installation and measurements before getting to work.These lights are permanent and so they can stay up year round. They can be adjusted for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and any other holiday or special occasion. The lights are controlled with an app from your phone but only supports 2.4G wifi. They are built to last in just about any weather.Imagine what theater type lighting will do for your curb appeal. Imagine the festive look by having them installed on your backyard patio for entertaining. Or, overhead on your pergola. Great outdoor lights
These lights work exactly as advertised. The lights and the cords are thin, but they are very bright and beautiful! They were easy to hang up with the double sided tape discs that they came with. Not sure how long these will last in full sun/heavy rain, but they seem sturdy enough. It also comes with hardware and screws that you can bolt them in with and that would be a more sturdy option. These are so appealing as other reviewers have said because everyone hates taking down lights after the holidays. I am looking forward to these being up and can use them for all holidays and just white lights at night. It was arduous getting them up, but afterwards, its so worth it. These have the option to connect with an app that you can really customize colors, speed, and more. I used the “Smart Life” app, but the instructions say you can also use the “Tuya” app. In the Smart Life app you can customize for sceens such as Christmas, Halloween, and more. It also has moods and ways to make your own customizations. It also comes with a remote that allows you to change colors, speed, and brightness but I couldnt get it to pair with my lights for some reason, so I just use the app. At 50 feet these are long enough to do the front of my house and them some. The lights are bright and beautiful. This is a great buy and worth it. Would highly recommend.
