My Cat Loves!
I absolutely love this water fountain and my cat does too! I’ve had it for about 3 weeks. The pump system is amazing. This is a lot easier to clean and stays cleaner for longer than my old fountain. I love the stainless steel tray and kind of wish they had one made of it entirely. I still love it though. The water basin lifts off of the bottom part, and you can easily disassemble the entire thing to clean. I had no issues putting the larger pieces in the dishwasher to clean. The smaller pieces are easily cleaned with a small brush that is included. The filters are very easy to replace. There is a white one and a small black one which are both supposed to be replaced every 2 weeks along with washing. This fountain is pretty much silent, my cat makes more noise drinking from it than it running on its own. I love that it comes with an app. I saw a lot of complaints about having to pay for the good features, however I’m satisfied with what the free version offers. It alerts me when my cat has drank and how much. You can see the water intake information from the previous weeks, you can check how long until you need to change the filter. You can customize the time needed for when you’d like to clean the fountain. You can control whether water is running all the time or if you want to use the motion trigger feature. It also has a close or far distance trigger option. You can also set a daily hydration goal for your cat. This wouldn’t be easy to differentiate in multi cat households, but it’s still nice to see how much your cats are drinking. I have had no issues with WiFi connectivity and it doesn’t reboot all the time as I read by another reviewer. The capacity of this fountain is great! For my one cat I top it off about twice a week. I of course change the water entirely when washing. I also love that this fountain has a cordless feature, but still comes with a nice charging cord and plug. I was able to use the fountain for about 1.5 weeks until I needed to plug it in to charge which is really nice. I have it set on the close motion trigger so it’s not running all the time. If you choose to keep it plugged in, it will run continuously. The base charged fairly quickly. I feel like it’s best to leave it plugged in for a whole day to get the best battery life. My cat adjusted to this fountain very quickly and uses it a lot! Having a male cat that’s prone to bladder stones has been very stressful. Knowing that he loves it and drinks way more water compared to a bowl is very important to me! In my opinion this fountain is worth the price 100% for my picky cat. Also, my cat can’t pull this fountain apart like he did with the catit flower fountain. The plastic pieces on top stay secured even if he messes with them a little. And the top tray is secured by two plastic hooks on each side. Overall, the quality is good.

Could not be a better water bowl
I’ve has this product for about a month and its finally time to write what I have to say about this AMAZING water fountain. So the price of it is honestly pretty high but so worth it. I have 2 dogs who love to drink water all day and they go through all the water in about one week. There has never been a leak and sits in the corner next to their food bowls and I genuinely forget its there with how quite it is. It Its not big either so you can literally put it anywhere and it would work. Also the app is sleek and just all around well designed for every type of info. It tells you how much water they are drinking and tracks when they drink water. You can create a profile for your animals to get custom feedback and all sorts. This product is so worth every penny. The sensor as well makes this product even better so you don’t have water just sitting in a bowl, it constantly recycles the water to always keep it fresh.PS buy some filters because you need it every 2 weeks or so.

Best Fountain!
LOVE this fountain! So easy to clean and actually STAYS clean for a decent amount of time compared to other completely plastic pet fountains.Extremely quiet. No noise unless it’s running low, which is expected.Perfect size and love that it’s chargeable and i’m able to keep track of intake on the app.

Broken after 6 weeks, customer service giving the run around, save your money and try something else
Beware-Shoddy Product- Crappy customer service- I gave this company an option to fix this before I left this review and they are still dragging their feet asking me to check my plug so here is an honest review. Filter works fine, when it works. Every time I clean mine it takes me about 20 minutes of hitting reset button and turning it on and off to get it 1 reconected to wifi and 2 get the water flowing again. I opened a case with their CS about 6 weeks after my purchase so beyond the Amazon return window. They asked me to replace the wire and the plug and try again, its obviously not the problem but I have done that and the filter still is flaky and this morning when I cleaned it all my tricks cant seem to get the water to flow. When the water is flowing, my cat seems to like it. The app is also fairly bad as well, its seems to pick up about 50% of his drinks (which was the whole reason I purchased in the first place) I would say the amount is somewhat accurate when it works. All the other features of the app are additional cost aside from filter change (every two weeks) and cleaning reminders. I hope they eventually fix this so my cat can at least drink and I will update if the customer service every comes through. Its email support so it will likely take days for them to respond. Battery mode is pretty useless as well, mine would die every 3 days or so and I would get the joy of trying to get it to work again and yes this was with the not constant on setting. In summary, save your money on the wifi features unless you want a monthly bill in addition to your monthly filter bill and just get yourself a reliable electric fountain

My Devon cat loves it!I didn’t expect much, but this fountain turned out great. It’s super quiet, easy to clean, and the cordless design makes it look neat on the counter.My Devon cat started drinking from it right away and now drinks more often. The app is simple but actually useful for checking water levels. Battery lasts long too.Overall, really happy with this, worth it!
